What is the grind angle of the edge for sharpening?

Angle is 15-18 degrees per side. The angle can be altered if you prefer sharper (less than 15 degrees) and more edge retention (greater than 18 degrees). We recommend regular honing to ensure the edge remains nice and sharp - fine grit ceramic honing rods are a good choice. We also recommend to only cut on soft cutting surfaces like wood or plastic, not hard surfaces like stone, glass or ceramic as this will quicken the dulling process and put the fine edge at risk of damage. i see the 4'' paring comes with a sheath, is there a belt clip on it, or could one be put on the sheath? no details about sheath.

The sheath does not have a belt clip unfortunately. The sheath is mainly for protection in the kitchen environment rather than the outdoors. Hope this helps
