Good gi but order a size up because of the shrinking
It's my first GI and I really like it. Feels durable and well made, way better than those no-brand garbage that are sold around here for 110$. The only thing I would advise caution is the shrink, I am 6'1 195lbs app and I bought a A4 specifically in case it shrunk too much and it was the case, since before washing it for the first time it was a little long for me in the sleeves and the legs, and now fits perfectly. I would say it shrunk about 1-2 inches. Have that in mind before buying it.

Top ran small...
I'm 5'9 190lbs. I ordered a size A2. The top fit snug in the chest and shoulders and the sleeves were about 3 inches shorter than how a gi should fit. The pants fit well with a little snugness, but that's because I have "thicc" legs and arse. The draw string isn't elastic, it's almost like a shoelace. Along with that, there are only two front belt loops in the front to run the drawstring through as opposed to 4-6 belt loops. Overall, if the gi fit well I'd still use it, and think it's a great buy for beginners.

Great starter gi - heavier than most
This was my first gi when I started jiu jitsu and became sort of the standard by which I judged other gis. It is quite a bit heavier than other gis I have owned, but also very durable and a good value. I tend to wear my gi over spats and a rash guard. Some of the lighter ones have a hard time staying in place and side up and out of my belt. This thing is heavier up top and so it tends to stay in place. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with the same sort of rope string that gi pants do, so I ended up having to buy a different draw string because the one it comes with isn't as good in my opinion. It's a good gi though.

Great gi, but fit is a little off
I'm a bigger framed guy, 6' and 260lbs.I really like the gi, however, it fits a little oddly. The pants are a little too large for me (waist and length), the top is a little smaller (in girth and length) but long in the sleeves. The quality is great and I like the textured design of the top and logo, though would like more design incorporated.Overall it's a very good gi, just not the best fit for my body, but still workable.

Great Gi!
I've been needing a 2nd gi for quite some time. I read all the reviews on the Fuji gi and decided to give it a try. I went to the Fuji Sports website to review the sizing chart. I'm 247lbs, 5'10" and have a 36/28 waist so I fell between the A4 & A5 sizes. I also looked at a new belt since my current one was a bit too short (120 inches - Honor Athletics - size A6) and decided on the Fuji A5 (138 inches) belt : Fuji BJJ Belts .I go by the standard of my belt is one size larger than my gi, so I ordered the A4 Fuji Gi. Upon arrival, I tried it on... the pants fit very well, slightly long... quite roomy and soft. The jackets fit was roomy, fit well on shoulders, not tight in my armpits, allowed full motion. The sleeves were just about right, about a 1/2 inch too long. I know all gi's shrink a bit after washing but I still wasn't sure. I decided to contact Fuji Sports customer service ([email protected]) in reference to my dilemma. To my surprise, they responded to my email within 30 minutes! They stated that with a cold wash and hang dry the gi would shrink approximately 1 in maximum... that if I thought that would be too much, they recommended I get the A5 size and to shrink it to fit. After trying the gi again, I figured that the 1 inch would be perfect so I decided to stay with the A4 size. I found the gi's quality to live up to the reviews... solid construction and very soft. I will be rolling with it next week and will update my review after some time.**UPDATE**July 24, 2013**After training with this gi, I found the jacket to be a bit snug around my waist... working on losing the gut :) The pants were still a bit long after washing them but I didn't want to put them in the dryer since the jacket would also shrink. I will keep this gi for future use once I drop a few inches. I ended up ordering a 2nd Fuji Victory gi, size A5 this time... the jacket is larger thus fits much better. I've already washed and dried in the dryer 2 times and its still too big... the sleeves are just past my hands and the pants are still too long. I'm taking it to my tailor to have the patches sewn on and do the required adjustments. As far as training with the gi goes, I have nothing but praise for the quality and workmanship of the Fuji Victory series. Very soft and strong, looks good and I see it holding up well.

Great Quality - Tough to find the right size, going to try to shrink
Quality:The quality of this gi is great. I was surprised by the overall weight for a single weave but I think it will be perfect. Was a little surprised that there are not internal ties to hold the top closed without a belt. Most other martial arts tops have ties that keep it closed even if your belt comes off. I guess this is not standard in a BJJ gi.Fit:I am 5'9 and 207 lbs. 36" waist. I was on the fence about whether to buy the A3 due to height or the A4 due to weight. I think in the end it is a tough call. I have been reading across multiple sites that in my size an A3 would be perfect but you would have to line dry it to keep it from shrinking. I have decided to take the A4 which is a bit too big and shrink it in the dryer to try to get a perfect fit.Pants: Waist is huge, legs are probably 1" too long to be a perfect even when hiking up the waist. This size would probably work OK for anyone up to 6feet by relaxing the position of the waist. There are probably 5-6" more in waist than I would need but they are sized for people up to 250lbs. These would be perfect for me in an A3.Top: Actually fit is much better. Shoulders fit perfectly. Waist is perfect. Sleeves come down past the wrist to about where my thumb is connected to my hand. (a little long) Bottom of the gi top comes a bit lower below the belt than I expected. (a little long but probably ok)Short Story: Pants are a bit long if you are stocky and on the shorter size. Top is probably perfect.UPDATE: Just intentionally tried to shrink the jersey by washing in cold water then drying on high. It worked. The pants are now perfect in length sitting tied right at my waist. The jersey top still has slightly long arms but fits much more properly around my waist and under my arms. Highly recommend getting the A4 and shrinking to avoid the hassle of having to line dry every time.

Good quality jacket but pants are very low quality
I got the A2 size. I am 5'7 ~160lbs and the pants and jacket are a little big. I've received alot of compliments from my training partners on the quality of the jacket but the pants are a different story. After the first wash the pants started pilling and fraying at the seams. Eventually after a few more washes I'll probably have to get new pants in a few months unfortunately.
