We had too many tools spread all over the place, so we got the DEWALT TSTAK to keep everything in one spot. At first, I thought it might be bigger than I needed, but it actually fills up quickly and fits my tool setup better than expected. It feels durable, the latches are strong, and the handle is sturdy.

This DeWalt toolbox honestly exceeded my expectations. It’s extra large, but not bulky or awkward—it fits perfectly in my garage and storage space without taking over. The inside is super roomy, and I love the removable tray that you can position however you want—it makes organizing so much easier. Not to mention these line of tool box’s are stackable!! The base has tons of space for bigger tools, This has great lock ability as well and the overall build feels strong and reliable, just like you’d expect from DeWalt. And yes, as a woman who loves her tools, I appreciate something that’s both practical and well-designed. This one checks all the boxes 👍

The concept is having a large enough box to use a padlock for all my mobile electronics like a student size laptop, tablet which is in the case, cell phones, thumb drives, and anything else to help with good habit formation. This is a mult step process. This is 10 in deep and about 17 inches wide with removable tray. The part on the front slides out for using the labels included like the type in a filing crate for hanging files. This is tough enough to put a padlock on it to keep honest people honest. its one big empty compartment inside plus tray and included 5 labels that tear apart to change the id in the front near the handle. Rugged enough to take a beating or hold up in storage you could drill holes to keep devices charged or not. Using a LED digital timed lock box for the keys to unlock it works and taping up the holes with electrical tape so they can't come out when shaken. The box is lightweight just a few pounds but the latches are tight fitting and hold well. I have a compact pc which is the size of a full size bagel that I will place inside so I get a break from impulsive night time behavior to focus on hobbies and down time from blue light to begin a bedtime routine. Again this is the idea and goal. Takes close to 4 weeks for a new habit to be in place and only a few days to ya know how that goes but this is my thoughts on using a tool box which was half the price of any digital timer lock box that will never fit a 15 x 10 in laptop or full size tablet 10.5 x6 inches let alone the case which is a bit larger. Still having LOTS of room to spare for more electronics!! Winning concept using a tool box that's more budget friendly compared to $60-200 + for a fancy case with the timer on the outside.

Sturdy, does the job.

Used the box for storing my range cleaning supplies. Large but has a top tray for scrapers, bore snakes, and small lube storage. Plenty of room inside for full-size lube bottles, rags, and a tray I bought to keep different caliber cleaning brushes separate, among other items. Definitely recommend if you are looking for storage big enough to hold all your supplies in one place.

I love this toolbox. The quality is there. Dewalt has a great reputation. I have bought many DeWalt tools over the years. This box will hold many tools, and what I like about it is that it is shorter than other toolboxes and makes it easier to carry. The handle is sturdy and comfortable to hold.

Super useful, holds ton. There is some difficulty for me (arthritis) to latch the boxes together sometimes.

Great value for the price I’m happy with my purchase

Best tool box in my garage!

I recently purchased the DeWalt DWST17820 wheeled main storage box and wanted to add an extra box for the top, this one fit the bill perfectly. It's a genuine DeWalt made to the same standards as the base box, heavy duty metal clasps, very strong composite materials that are made to endure the construction site, and fit's perfectly together with metal pins in the interlocking clasps. The only thing I want now is the deep drawer to go on the top. This is an excellent add on storage box made for this system and I highly recommend it, especially at this price.
