How to claim warranty ?

By default, this product comes with standard factory warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase as per the receipt or invoice date. Usually the sellers will take some time to update the sales data to HP's website. So there may be a difference in the warranty date that is reflecting in HP website or HP Support application. Once after the seller updates the details, the changes will reflect with the date of purchase as per your receipt. But HP still considers your receipt or invoice as proof of purchase, in case if you require any support or repair service for the product.
