The media could not be loaded.  I have not yet had the chance to use any of the ear clamps, I will update my review when I have.So far, the packaging is well done. Everything seems well organised. The plastic case isn't broken but it doesn't feel like the most robust box. It has removable sections inside which is usually a huge pain for smaller items but the clamps are big enough not to have an issue. The mumbers stamped on the actual clamps refer to the larger unclamped diameter of them as stated by the list on the box, for example a stamp of 162 means 16.2 mm. Worth noting in case you mix them up. The pincers feel fine, they don't open very far before they stick open with friction. I've uploaded a video hopefully demonstrating that. It's a nice little kit for the price, hopefully I get my money's worth out of it.

This is the first time I’ve used this style of clamp before, so was interested to see how they compared to the more traditional Jubilee style clamp.The clamps look pretty solid and being made from stainless steel, they have good corrosion resistance and should remain in place for a long time.The clips are made in such a way that unlike the jubilee style, you cannot undo them to wrap around something before doing them back up, you have to slide them onto the tube/pipe.A single ear sticks out that needs to be squeezed hard with pliers, which causes the clamp to constrict.The only way to remove them is destructively. Simply grab the “loose” end and pull it up and away from the little hooks that hold it together.The included pliers/snips are also quite well made, being made of Chrome Vanadium and having rubberised grips on the handles. The pointed shape of the jaws is a great match for squeezing the ears of the clamps, as a regular pair of pliers would probably slip off or not squeeze the ear in the right place.***** In The Box *****1 x Pair Snips10 x 21mm10 x 19.2mm10 x 17mm10 x 16.2mm10 x 14.5mm10 x 13.3mm10 x 11.3mm10 x 10.5mm10 x 9mm10 x 7mm***** Conclusion *****If you need a simple clamp to attach a pipe or hose and you know you are unlikely to want to remove it any time soon, then I think this style is a pretty good choice. Once fitted and squeezed tight, it grips very well.I really like the neatness of this type of fitting compared to the screw type, because you don’t end up with a “loose” end sticking up, which you can almost guarantee you will scrape or slice your hand on.The slightly negative points are that you cannot undo and then re-use these fittings and although they reduce by a decent amount, I think the screw type are slightly better in that you get more control over just how tight you do them up.It is also a slightly disappointing that all of the clips come in little sealed plastic bags and not some kind of storage box. Even little re-sealable bags would have been more useful. You also get a lot of very small sizes, which I doubt I will ever use (but are handy to have in the toolbox, just in case).All, in all I think this set is pretty good value for money.

Gives a nice tidy finish to your pipework. Ok, you can't re-use them like a Jubilee clip, but they look much neater and so easy to use. Recommended

Pliers are plenty long enough to make clamping easy. Only used once in very tight spot clamp is holding well.
