I am a professional artist and I 100% recommend this paper.
This paper is simply gorgeous. The weight is superb, almost like card and very resilient to hard use, erasing etc. I work with professional Derwent pencils and the whiteness of the paper really helps the colours to show well. I can't recommend this paper highly enough. The smoothness of the paper allows me to be very accurate in my lines and blend colours well.

Good product
It does bend a little from washes but mine was only very light. It is very smooth, thick and overall good quality. I would purchase again. Watercolours and acrylics sit in good on this paper.

Works well for me
I added a great deal of water and it coped very well. I am pleased with this as a relative beginner I find this ideal for me. I think it would be worth trying for someone with more experience.

Superb
Excellent quality watercolour paper at an affordable price. I've also bought their 100% cotton watercolour paper, and it is fantastic also. This wood pulp paper is great for coloured pencils or paintings that dont require heavy washes (haven't tried it with heavy washes, as I generally avoid that on wood pulp paper). But they do have a 100% cotton watercolour paper in their product range which is top quality for heavier washes. This doesn't seem to be a well known brand, but the quality across their product range is amazing and their prices are very affordable compared to the more well known brands.

Great for coloured pencils
I have a lot of Frisk papers and have never had an issue with any of them. Their marker paper is just as good, if not better than Strathmore. So because of this I thought I'd give this a punt and I was not disappointed. Coloured pencils lay down beautifully on the paper and also works well with watercolour pencils and does not buckle. I cannot comment on whether it would work well with heavy washed but appears to be a super sturdy paper

ideal
not a disappointment. Strong material and if mounted on a mounting board will not distort when wet.
