Periodic Tableware Laboratory Beaker Shot Glasses

These little miniature laboratory beaker shot glasses are just too cute! I got them for my daughter who is in research, and they were a huge hit! They are definitely great quality and look just like the real thing! No glass beaker or flask is exactly durable (as everyone who has ever been in a lab knows!), so you will have to take care of these. They are a little bit on the pricey side, but they are absolutely worth every penny to find the perfect gift for your STEM minded friends and relatives!

This was a huge hit with my mom who was a chemist and with my sister-in-law who is a Breaking Bad fan. Highly recommend. They look just like the real beakers only tiny. They're adorable and also funny. Shots just got more fun. :)

I love these! The glass is thick and sturdy, not thin and fragile. The ml marks are approximate, and it says so on the glasses. I measured out 20ml, 30ml and 40ml of colored water with a medical syringe to see how much off the mark they were. They're off my a few ml's, depending on which glass and line - fine for mixing drinks, but not for medicine or anything that requires accuracy, like baking or making candy. The marks look and feel like the marks on Pyrex measuring cups, so I don't think they'll rub off, and they're easy to read. I haven't put them in the dishwasher, so I can't speak to that, but it's easy enough to wash them by hand. The set of four is great for making drinks with different ingredients; i.e., one for vodka, one for scotch, etc... The beakers have a pouring lip, the flasks do not, but they all pour just fine.

These are exactly what they say they are. They look exactly like miniature columns and erlenmeyer flasks. The flask ones are made of fairly thick glass, so they seem quite unlikely to break. The column style ones are thinner, but not delicate. We've been using them for a few months now. They are fun to use.

I ordered these shot glasses, and when they arrived, two of the shot glasses (1 beaker and Erlenmeyer 1 flask) were chipped with tiny shards of glass on the inside. I promptly messaged the seller and got a fast reply saying that they would send me a new set. It arrived a few days later (fast!), and all but one looked fine. The glass on one of the Erlenmeyer flasks had a bubble like chip like blemish (?) with tiny shards on the inside. I didn't bother contacting the seller after this because I have 5 that are fine, and it's not like the other 3 aren't usable with washing to remove shards. Regarding the shot glasses themselves, the glass is thick and sturdy, and I don't anticipate the printed lines peeling off. I can't speak for the accuracy of the lines since I didn't bother measuring, but they look good. A standard shot of 80 proof is about 44.3 mL, and since the last line is 40, I kind of guestimate. I enjoy being able to semi-accurately gauge how much I have drunk since I am a horrible lightweight. The packaging was nice, and the glasses were well received by all of my friends who thought they were cute.
