Great for comparing my guitar neck shape profiles.
Great for comparing the difference on my guitar neck shape profiles. As all guitarists know, they are all different and hard to pinpoint the slight differences and to why you like one from another. This tool helps a lot to pinpoint the profile that feels the best to you, and why.

Ok for odd small jobs
If you're looking for something to use on small DIY jobs this tool will work ok. Build quality is ok, can be a bit finicky to work. But for the price and use it's fine.

Makes it easy
Great for cutting around awkward objects and getting it spot on. Particularly like the idea of being able lock it in position once you've obtained the shape.

Teeth are too flexible
Teeth are too flexible and bend too easily making it almost impossible to get an accurate measure of whatever profile you are trying to cut. The lock works well and it's a good size and price but it's not much use for complicated profile cuts around door jams for example.
