My son loves this tablet,child friendly and easy set up. My son bought this for himself with his allowance.

This was an exact replacement for the zb10 that I have that work fine for 4 years this one was slow to respond if not non-respondent wouldn't load all my apps kept buffering like I had bad Wi-Fi I didn't. the reset factory procedure did not work on the tablet you have to go and do it through settings. I replaced it with the Callsky 15 tablet worked perfect.

Gently used as a spare tablet by the kids for a less a year but it won't connect to wifi, you turn it 'on' and it automatically turns 'off' again. Contacted seller and they provided tech support instructions which did not work at all, I sent them an image that the option they want me to select is greyed out and won't allow me to proceed. They want me to mail the tablet back to their warehouse with tracking and would not cover the shipping. If my kids broke the tablet or if I changed my mind about the product, I would be willing to pay for shipping for a return or exchange but in this case, their product is defective and it should be replaced without adding a cost to the buyer. I waited for a response regarding the shipping but they did not provide one. Bottom line: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Works great

I would not recommend this tablet based on my experience. It worked reasonably well for the first 3–6 months, but then the battery began swelling and the tablet started failing. I purchased four of these tablets, and every single one developed the same problem. A battery swelling is not only a reliability issue but also a potential safety concern. Based on a 100% failure rate across the four units I purchased, I cannot recommend this product.
