Does the job! I spent over an hour in a buddy, off-trail spot and came away bite-free!Limitations: It's fairly small -- I'm 5'6" (168cm) and it fit me fine, but it could not fit an additional person (adult or child). The clips on the bottom of the net are a nice feature for attaching to your tarp or sitting surface, however if you're on an uneven surface that's an issue the clips can't fix and instead you need a smaller sitting surface so you can tuck the net under it. This effectively shrinks the area the net can cover. The other thing to consider is that the net needs not to brush your body or bugs can bite through it, so if you're much larger than I am, it might not work. It should work great for children.The other thing to consider is that since this style net has to hook to a tree or other overhead anchor, you're more likely to use it in an area that's shady and therefore has more bugs, and/or that's close to larger tree roots and therefore uneven, which can make it harder to prevent gaps between the net and your sitting surface (it's also more likely to be uneven, therefore uncomfortable). I'd probably buy one of the pop-up style nets if I were shopping again, but for a net of this style, I do like this product.

It looks like there is a "floor" at the bottom of the mosquito tent to provide structure it. That is not the case. If you can figure out how to detangle it without ripping it, and eventually manage to get it hung, there is no way to keep the netting away from your face and body. It was an accident waiting to happen. More likely to choke you than prevent a mosquito bite. Do not waste your time.

Of this type of screen tent this is the least expensive available, so I ordered it without any reviews, taking the risk for the rest of you. :-)They've not given a view that indicates that this is the type of structure that has only a skirt of netting that turns inwards at the bottom. There's no floor--that fact is obscured by the bags, etc. they place inside in their photos. That's not a problem, however, and is the usual structure for this kind of price, and that's what keeps it light--add your own groundsheet and tuck the edges under it. You also will need to lift the edge to get in and out. Again, no problem if you know what you are buying. No zipper door = less weight and less cost.All of that said, the quality is fine. Illustrations vary as to whether the suspension point is in the middle or biased torwards one end. Mine is in the middle.It's a deal if that's what you are looking for.
