This keyboard is honestly amazing as a budget mechanical keyboard
This keyboard is honestly amazing as a budget mechanical keyboard. It feels great, sounds great, connects easy. No hassles at all. The singular one star review this keyboard currently has is most likely no fault of the keyboard and more user error than anything. I got the white, non-RGB version and it goes really well with the white and black theme I have going on at my desk. I would recommend picking up a non-RGB version, as the font that's used leaves much to be desired and may end up being a drawback. But the non-RGB versions are beautiful, sleeker, less ostentatious, AND cheaper. Also, as a side note, the metal on these keyboard actually is real. When I ordered the keyboard, I had already resigned myself to the notion that the metal would be a deceivingly polished plastic, but I was thankfully wrong. The metal is real and really gives the keyboard a nice feel and aesthetic. Also, as this is a budget mechanical keyboard, the switches are not Cherry official. They are copies of the Cherry MX Blue, but honestly you wouldn't be able to tell the difference from the original (don't tell the PC gear elitists I said that). They are nice and clicky and I can't stop typing on them. I'm actually writing my English essays ahead of time instead of procrastinating to the last minute like a normal student because I can't wait to hear and feel that beautiful mechanical goodness. So, in conclusion, if you are looking for a mechanical keyboard and don't have a fetish for name brand merchandise or a burning desire to spend more than you logically should, get this product. You honestly won't find a better value on a nice new mechanical keyboard.

Typing feel - Top-notch.
I purchased the no backlight version of the keyboard. It was one of the few mechanical keyboards out there not marketed to 14 year old gamers. The font is not aggressive and the styling is elegant, but not gaudy. Although I do play some games on my computer, they do not require me to mash the keys 100 times a second. This review is based on someone buying this keyboard for day to day chores like emails, programming or blogging. 1) This keyboard is loud. Yes, you have heard typing examples of this keyboard on Youtube, but it's louder than you expect when it's in front of you. Personally I like it, but if I was the type of person that likes listening to music while you work on the computer, I would probably go for quieter switches. If I was a gamer, I would probably go for quieter switches. 2) Typing is wonderful coming from an old Compaq keyboard circa late 1990s. Not sure whether it improves my typing, but it does give you the feeling of "control"....probably all in the mind, but it does give a nice sensation. 3) Boxing of the keyboard was minimal, but professional. No sloppy packaging here. 4) All function keys controlling media player, email and calculator launcher worked out of the box for my Linux Mint 18.02 system. 5) The keyboard was lighter than expected and the plastic base feels just a little cheap, but having said that, the keyboard is settled and does not move around. 6) One of the main reasons for purchasing this keyboard was the conservative font. Most keys are fine, but the font on the number pad and accessory keys are smaller. It's almost like they are from 2 different keyboards. In summary, a keyboard is for typing and this keyboard has given me the best typing experience to date for $ 37 dollars, shipped. What do I have to complain about?

Very nice keyboard, nice feedback from keys, overall good look and feel.
I messed up while ordering and assumed this keyboard was supposed to be "back lit". Amazon's format of allowing multiple product variations to be view and reviewed on the same page, combined with my being sick with the flu led me to incorrectly assume from one of the feedback photos that this model had back lighting. I needed back lighting because of my vision, but, when this arrived it did not have it and that mistake is 100% on me. I decided not to return the item to the seller but, instead have just live with it. I am 6'4" tall and have very large hands. This keyboard is very comfortable to type on and the feedback from the key mechanism is perfect in my opinion. The keys are a bit loud, but, no one around me minds the noise, as a matter of fact my wife says she quite enjoys it, saying it is a bit therapeutic. The "only" complaint I have about this keyboard, other than it not being backlit, is that it shows any bit of dirt or grime like a beacon. I clean my keyboards fanatically anyways, but, for those who do not, anything you get on this keyboard will be noticeable.

Nice, inexpensive mechanical keyboard.
This keyboard is loud and clicky, which is great! The exact reason I wanted it. I use it in my IT job and it allows me to type quickly and efficiently. The base/frame has a nice, clean finish and is durable and heavy - it does not feel cheap at all. Nice, sturdy construction. My only cons - some of the keys are a little loose and this causes the keycaps to shift sightly, but it does not affect typing. Also it shows dirt/crumbs/etc pretty easily, but it can be easily cleaned with compressed air.

A Good Keyboard
I really like the simplicity. A full keyboard with proper 'function key' functionality (and Windows key)! Brown switches are my favorite! Clicky keys! Won't break the bank. No input lag... Wired! The font of the keys aren't my favorite, and the aluminum frame has a caveat: being very easy to scratch (so be careful... it is stylish, though!). Did I mention that I love brown switches? I went over each key and several do not click the way they "should" (fresh out of the box). All a little disappointing, but I think the goods outweigh the negatives, as they are all minor.

For the price, the keyboard is pretty good, but the keys kinda have this "sticky" feeling that I'm not much of a fan of. It kinda makes it harder to press the keys EDIT: Okay now that i've been using it for a few months now, I kinda got used to the sticky feeling so it's not too bad! However, I am noticing some other issues, like where the spacebar can pop off sometimes or with some keys occasionally not registering. Still pretty usable though. I'll leave it at 3 stars

It's a no-nonsense keyboard for a slightly elevated price, but it works well enough to be used for serious gaming. You'll definitely need to lower your microphone's voice threshold, however, as the keys are so loud that they can be heard a full room away. Part of that noise is due to the design; the aluminum sheeting, while wickedly stylish, bounces all the sound around the space instead of absorbing it. For a non-backlit keyboard, however, it's extremely easy to pick out the keys you need, even in low-light environs, thanks to the stark-white keys and silver aluminum. Really, if you're looking for a gaming keyboard that won't heat up the room from the back-lights, and is sturdy enough to take a few punches, than you won't find much better out there for the price. Just make sure that you don't have a sleeping child in the next room.

I am an old school PC user, who knows how to properly type, but have suffered from poor quality, wobbly keyboards, due to the low quality standard that's available today. This keyboard, at this point, is the best quality I have seen for the price. Some may find it too loud, but for an old IBM typewriter typing enthusiasts like myself, you will be pleasantly surprised. The keyboard also packs some serious weight making it very solid when typing fast with little wobble to the keys or space bar. The aluminum look is unnecessary, but it does make the surface easier to clean, wipe down, and further adds a sense of rigidity to the typist. If you know how to properly type, and like a clickie keys from old quality keyboards of the late 80s to early 90s, you will be pleasantly surprised for the quality one receives for the cost. Here I am still months later and I am still just as pleased as day one. A smoking buy for those who need tactile and can actually type at decent speeds.

I recently got into keyboards and decided to buy egis one because I liked the silver frame with the white keycaps. I'm not a huge fans of brown switches I found out through this keyboard I much prefer blue ones and I found when typing on this keyboard or even when I bumped it, it'd make a loud spring noise which I found extremely annoying. I wouldn't pay for the rgb version but for the price of the non backlit one it's okay as long as you like brown switches.

These have outemu blue switches with a very satisfying click and feel. the overall size of the keyboard is nice and not too much/little. the metal backplate for the keys gives this thing 0 deck flex and there is minimal keywobble as well. managed to get this on sale for $23 which was an incredible deal for what you get. but even at full price I would highly recommend this keyboard. keep in mind there are no dedicated media keys for mute play/pause or whatever. but if you are a casual gamer or type a lot this is probably the best value/price you will find.
