HydroMATE Electrolyte Powder Variety Pack Hydration Packets Low Sugar 30 Count

This electrolyte powder has been a total game changer for hydration. It mixes easily, tastes great, and helps me feel refreshed much faster after workouts, busy days, or when I’m feeling run down. I’ve noticed better energy and fewer headaches when I use it consistently. Definitely something I keep on hand now.

Good flavor. Thank goodness I found one without Stevia. My stomach doesn't care for Stevia. Such a small amount of sugar it's not overly sweet. Flavor is a little strong so used one packet for my 40 oz tumbler and that was perfect for me. Liked the flavor much better than Gatorade or the other packets I tried. Reasonably priced. No nasty after taste. I think the Peach tea is my favorite flavor.

I am a strict Liquid IV drinker and much prefer its taste. On the other hand, my bf tried mine versus the HydroMATE and greatly preferred the HydroMATE. So, it is an idiosyncratic preference not reflecting the quality of the product, I’m afraid. You should try both and go with the one you feel tastes better since they both achieve roughly the same thing (electrolyte replenishment).

Low sugar and still tastes good. Great alternative to overly sweet drinks. Keeps you hydrated without the crash. Easy to carry and use anywhere.

Just tried Liquid IV for the first time after realizing I was dehydrated from drinking protein shakes and not drinking enough water throughout the day. I am really bad about not drinking enough liquid. I thought I was having an allergic reaction to something and tried a million eye creams. My eyes were swollen, red and puffy and skin was dry and raw around my eyes. I tried the Liquid IV twice a day for 2 days and have noticed a HUGE improvement already! The flavors aren't amazing but they aren't bad either. I think the Fruit Punch is the best one so far. I will definitely keep a couple of these packets in my everyday bag from now on! They are simple to use, just pour the powder into a water bottle, shake and go.

The flavors are very watered down once mixed in the water bottle, and so far out of the 5 packets I've used they have all been super clumpy. I usually use Liquid IV but wanted a more affordable bulk pack so tried these out. Price point is good but comparing to Liquid IV I would say these aren't as good flavor wise.

I have purchased several hydration packets a these I was able to drink. I cannot drink any artificial sugar cause it sends me to the hospital. These were the first ones I found that do not have artificial sweeteners.
