Kitchen Supply Pie Crust Shield, Gray, Round, 10 3/8 inches, Practical/Functional

I bought this because I wanted a metal pan that wouldn't fall apart or require me to put it together when I wanted to use it. However, my pie pan has handles, so I was skeptical and it was hard to find a pan that would work. This pan works great! It has cut outs for handles. The cover hides enough crust area that it protects the crust from getting burnt without covering too much of the pie itself. I am so happy with this!
