Propet Twilite Walker

I've tried two of these recently. Both were narrower than the last time I bought them. The manufacturer has changed this enough that it doesn't work anymore. I've noticed on their own website it's no longer available; maybe their oversees factory became too inconsistent.

These shoes are so cute and comfy, and provide good arch support and also have room to add a shoe insert. I am a middle manager and I spend about half my day on my feet and the other half on the computer, but when we have big events (five or six times a year) I'm on my feet constantly. These are lovely "walking around" shoes with a business-like look to them. I have had three pairs of them for years and years and used sneakers for "back office" days and these shoes for "event days" when I was dealing with customers all day. They really hold up. They are a classic Mary-Jane style with the comfort of good sneakers. Decided to look for more colors and found two more just recently. They had a slight name change since my original purchase about 10 years ago but are still just as good. I'll keep watching for additional colors.

I did take my time breaking these in by wearing only a few hours a day. Now I wear them constantly. They are dressy enough for outdoors and stable enough to wear all the time.

I have really loved my Propet Bilite Walkers (the suede version) and have several pairs. Wanted to try the leather as I needed some black shoes. The leather version runs a little smaller and tighter than the suede. I did buy the larger size but these seem a bit narrower across the toes. I wear extra wide. Am trying to stretch them out a bit. The suede versions I have are as comfy as slippers. These leather shoes are not. I hope they will break in soon. Getting hard to find, hope Propet will make more in both materials.

I sent these back right away. NO arch support and thin sole. Barely any cushion, too shallow to add my own inserts and poor construction. And they look a little dowdy. Someone said they were good for plantar fasciitis, which I have. But these seem horribly painful to me. If it was the first "comfort" shoe I had ever worn after first having PF, I could see why they might seem good--if you were used to wearing cheap flip flops and flats. But there are MUCH better shoes out there. I ended up with a clearance (last year's model) Merrell that I really like.

I ordered 8 extra wide. I have ordered several pairs (4)of Propet shoes, and all other walking/tennis shoes, I have purchased are true to size. Pros: CuteCons: This shoe is not made for extra wide feet, this shoe is not extra wide, it will take several uses to break in.The straps are not made for extra wide feet, I will have to purchase extra hook and loop & add to the straps.The heel of the shoe is low, so it does NOT match the picture shown. The heel is dipped low, and not comfortable.Overall with this shoe I am very disappointed, all other Propet shoes are so comfortable and extra wide, this is my first purchase that is disappointing.

I love the look of these shoes. At my age they look much more appropriate with jeans than the white sneakers I've always worn and they are as comfortable. They are very lightweight too. Unfortunately I need sturdy shoes for my 'flexible' feet so I'm a bit wobbly in them, but will get used to that..

I have literally been trying to find decent shoes for the last 4 months. The most common problem was in order to get them wide enough, I'd have to order a whole size larger. But now...I'm wearing these shoes right now and took them out of box this a.m. They're very light weight and comfy. They're not the most attractive shoe in the world, but for someone who has many issues with my feet, they work perfectly. I would recommend replacing the "arch support" that comes with the shoe with something more sturdy. The fit is perfect and, for once, there's enough velcro to accomodate my swelling feet (and there's elastic attached to that too).

Love these shoes and they fit my orthotics beautifully. Very lightweight and can wear with work pants or jeans.

Soft, perfect fit, Propet Brand is wonderful would never buy any other brand, walking in these shoes are like walking on clouds
