Good quality and great fit.
I like the way these jeans fit (I don't like "stretch" fabric in my jeans) so was glad to find these. Purchased a 16W and they fit perfect. They are a little longer than use to, but one turn up and they are perfect. Liked these so much I ordered a 2nd pair. Only have good things to say. Material is on heavy weight side, which is what I wanted, and only 1 or 2% stretch, which is what I wanted. They are so comfortable.

Good Jean fit in the hips and legs. Not a good fit at the waist
I’m short legs and hippy. These are a nice relaxed fit at the lower legs, knees, thighs, and hips. Perfect. Waist: way too tight. So I have to go up one size, which mages the lower kegs, knees, thighs, and hips too loose. Some of you will say “lose weight!” Ok, but that doesn’t solve the problem. The fit at the waist. I don’t just lose weight at the waist. I lose everywhere.Do I like these jeans? Yes. Just need an extra inch or two at the waist, leaving the leg fit the same

Not Petite, but still good
I have two pairs of Lee Riders in regular. I love them, but they’re long on me, even after many washings. So I ordered a pair in petite. While the waist is 1” smaller, the inseam is identical to the inseam on my “regular” sized Lees. Very strange? Oh well, they’re still great jeans.

Too small
Really heavy material, feels decently made, but there’s something off about these. I normally wear a size 20w long in anything Lee, which is pretty consistent across their product lines and has been like this for 5+ years now. The 20WL I ordered is def not a ‘normal’ Lee 20W long - couldn’t even come close to buttoning the pants. Honestly was more like 2 sizes smaller than expected.Thankfully Amazon has a good return policy.

Fit just right
Very comfortable and fit just right. Dressy enough to pass for a night out.

Not the same !
I loved these jeans and have many pair. These new ones I do not like. First the material is thicker and stiff. The zipper is hard to move it seems like a heavy duty zipper. I have the jeans to goodwill. Now I have to find another brand I like. Boo hoo!

BUY these jeans only if
...you don't need to keep anything in the front pockets. My hands only go into the front pockets just past my knuckles. And for some stupid reason, the pockets have a "slot" for lack of a better word, on both sides of the zipper. If your chapstick works its way into that slot, anyone looking at you from the front will think you have a growth above your hoo ha. Change? Fuggedaboudit. Will fall out when you sit down. Keys? Oh, get over yourself. All women carry pocketbooks EVERYwhere they go, of course (sarcasm), so put them there. Unless you carry one key, you won't get any in these pockets comfortably. And if you carry one key, well, it will fall out when you sit down. And length? They are supposed to be petite but are a good 3 inches too long for this shorty. I remember when petite was the perfect length for us shorties, give or take an inch in our variation of height. Nope, these bag up at my ankles. Paper money? You can push it into that little slot and at least, it doesn't look like a growth. And go for classic fit if you don't like a snug, high water waist. Relaxed fit ain't it, so go for classic fit. I'm not returning them as I can, at least, wear them and I needed a couple pairs badly to wear to work as most pairs I have now have some raggedly edges or tears. I just have to limit the crap out of what I typically carry in the front pocket. So, I will keep them because I need them, but I most certainly will never buy this style again. The designer of this jean style is an idiot who thinks women don't need front pockets.
