Stopped Holding a Charge After about a Month!
I used this to replace they five-year-old battery in my Lenovo T480s. It worked correctly for about a month. After that, the battery started to crap out suddenly. After leaving it plugged in overnight to get a full charge the computer would run for about half an hour then suddenly turn off due to low battery. The worst part was that it would do so almost completely without warning, suddenly going from showing over 95% charge remaining to under 5%.I put my five-year-old battery back in and it lasts far longer (more than 3 hours). This was an expensive lesson, but next time I'll just by the OEM Lenovo battery.

WARRANTY CONTACT INFO MISSING! - UPDATED
UPDATE: Seller contacted me via messaging and resolved warranty claim. I would still suggest that they provide the email contact information they refer to in their warranty information, so others can submit claims.ORIGINAL POST:The manufacturer's/seller's warranty states to "contact us by email any time..."; however, there is no email provided.I reviewed the product data/manual provided and the same warranty statement is made, with NO EMAIL provided.I searched Google for the Anepoch website to try to get their contact info, but could not find anything.I need to contact Anepoch for a warranty claim, but am unable to do so.If someone can provide me with this information, and my claim is resolved, I'll be glad to update this negative review!

Hit or miss. Took several attempts to make it work.
I bought two of those for Lenovo T480s.First one worked on the first try.Second one just didn't work. Laptop wouldn't 'see' the battery. I had to disconnect, reconnect, disconnect, reconnect the battery at least 5-6.I don't have much trust in it.... Will monitor for a few days. Might end up sending it back... Disappointing.
