versatile sauce, can be used for salad dressing, marinades, sauces, etc.
I used to buy Coconut Secret's Coconut Aminos, but I switched to Bragg's because they have a gallon size. It's much more economical and produces less waste so it kills two birds with one stone. The Bragg's taste is a little sourer than Coconut Secret's probably because it contains vinegar, but it's still very delicious. It's a versatile sauce that can be used for marinades, salad dressings, simmered dishes, and also as a soy sauce substitute. I've already ordered a second one because I use up a gallon in a few months! While I said that this is a little sour, it is also a bit too sweet and rich for me when used alone, so I mix it with lots of vinegar, lemon juice, and/or soy sauce to make it just right. Depending on the dish, I also add chopped ginger, kelp, or bonito flakes. I've been using it as the base for seasonings and sauces. Since I'm concerned about our glucose levels, this is also perfect because it is considered low GI compared to sauces with sugar, honey, and other sweeteners. I can make and eat delicious food without worrying too much about my blood sugar level. The only drawback is that it needs to be refrigerated after opening, which can be a bit of a problem because I need lots of space in the fridge. Once opened, I store it in small containers instead of keeping it in the original container. This helps save space. Other than that, this is a great product and I will def. buy again!

A Flavorful, Healthier Pantry Staple
I recently swapped out my usual soy-based seasonings for a soy-free coconut aminos option, and it's quickly become a kitchen staple. What I love most is how it adds a gentle, slightly sweet umami punch to everything—no soy, just a pleasant flavor lift that doesn’t overpower. It’s also a smart pick if you're watching your sodium intake—it tastes rich without feeling as salty as traditional alternatives. I’ve drizzled it over salad, stirred it into sauces, and even added it to my stir-fries, and it never disappoints. The fact that it’s organic, vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO feels like a thoughtful bonus that makes cooking feel cleaner. One thing to note: some people have mentioned issues with bottle packaging. I’ve had mine arrive fine, but just something to keep in mind if you’re ordering a larger size or jug.Overall, this seasoning brings a flavorful, wholesome, and flexible boost to any dish. It’s the kind of pantry condiment that I reach for again and again.

I love Bragg Organic Coconut Aminos! It’s a great alternative to soy sauce, with a slightly sweeter, milder flavor that works perfectly in stir-fries, marinades, and dressings. I appreciate that it’s organic and gluten-free, making it a healthier option for my cooking. The bottle is easy to pour, and a little goes a long way. It adds a nice depth of flavor without overpowering dishes. Definitely a pantry staple for anyone looking for a tasty soy-free seasoning.

Very good product
I like that this product is organic, low in carbs, and sugars. This adds extra flavor to every food it is added to. The gallon size is a much better deal at .31 cents per oz. I save my coconut amino small bottle and refill it when needed. I am pleased with this purchase.

Coconut Aminos
I hadn't tried coconut aminos before and I'm pleasantly surprised. Im trying to stay away from soy and I read about coconut aminos and the benefits. This is a tasty addition to most Asian dishes. It gives a light sweetness and a rich brown color. Im getting into Asian cooking and finding it's a good substitute for soy sauce in many recipes. Im on my 2nd bottle. I highly recommend

Great alternative to soy sauce if you don't mind a bit sweet
I bought this a lower sodium alternative to soy sauce and even low sodium soy sauce. It's got quite a bit less than both. It has a sweet and savory flavor that kind of reminds me of teriyaki. It is also soy free and has the aminos if you are looking for that. It works great with sushi imo if you don't mind the sweet side.
