These screws worked well for attaching an aluminum skin to a travel trailer frame. They self drilled and screwed down tight against the steel frame under the skin. I would buy more if needed. They worked great and look good too. I was worried they wouldn’t work in heavy 1/4 thick steel. That was an unfounded fear. Of the hundred screws I used, only 2 would not drill through the steel below and engage and suck down. I replaced them after screwing way longer then I should have before I gave up and used a new screw. That new screw went right in. Great product.

Nice, high quality stainless steel screws at a good price. If using on stainless sheet metal, it helps to drill a small pilot hole for the self drilling screw to bite into. I am using these on some commercial kitchen hood filters with welded slats that have become loose over time.

Excellent screws. Turn them somewhat slow and put enough pressure on them to keep them cutting and they will preform very well. If you do not keep enough pressure on them and allow them to rub instead of cut they may dull. This is true for any cutting tool such as drill bits.

These are really nice screws. Using them for securing gutter guards. Didn't want the hex nut self tap screws provided by the vendor and went with these for lower profile not visible from ground. Screws do a very good job tapping thru stainless steel gutter guard + gutter. Minimal pressure required to start the tap. Very impressed.

These work perfect for the use I bought them for. I use them to mount the plastic sheets that I use for a backdrop on my model railroad layout. I paint them the same color that I use for the backdrop and they pretty much blend in.The seller has great customer service too, I received my order very quickly without any problems. Good price and value for the amount paid.

These screws look very nice: great for new aluminum frame windows we're installing. They are also strong: the pieces screwed together won't budge.

A friend backed into her garage door and bent the doors/framework. We stitched the door panels/extra angle supports together with these screws in no time. The garage door is better than new now and these shiny no rust crews look good. When drilling into heavier steel ( >1/8" ) these screws will snap off, use a little caution on thicker metals.

It is 3/4 inch including 1/4 piercing point. I should have ordered 1". Quality is good. Delivery fare almost double the final price. I will not be that fast with next Amazon order.
