I really love this balm. I’ve been using it for over five years. But this time, for the first time, I didn’t like it at all. Either this is non-original product being sold here, or the manufacturer has changed the formula, because it no longer has that pleasant scent. It still cleans well, but it used to feel like a spa treatment, and now that nice fragrance is completely gone. I didn’t like it.

I would not purchase it again. The size looks like a travel size and the item also contains menthol and burned my eyes!!! The product also didn't do a great job since it didn't remove all the make up and I had to follow with an diffrent item. Definitely not worth it!

Gently cleanses and does not dry skin. There is a lingering scent after wash. I am not a huge fan of products with added fragrance but this one does not hurt my skin. Writing this review after 3 weeks of usage.

Wonderful. I’ve never used a balm to clean my face before, I’m hooked now! Only thing is this brand is quite expensive and so I’m looking for a dupe.

Love, love, love this cleanser. Smells gorgeous. Feels so expensive when you put it on (which it is!). Removes makeup and grime. Leaves skin feeling fab.

J'adore les produits Elemis, et j'étais contente quand j'ai vu le baume nettoyant à la rose à un prix très intéressant sur Amazon. Lorsque je l'ai reçu, il semblait qu'il manquait de produit. J'ai déjà acheté le baume à la rose, mais jamais sur Amazon. Je le retourne et je ne l'achèterai plus d'ici.
