The media could not be loaded.  Alot of great features and such a nice refined and smooth gimbal. It came with a battery, case, charging cord, extension mounting rod, foam holders for an action camera. Took me a quite a while to understand and figure out the instructions. So here's what I did if it helps anyone. First thing you have to do is install your phone and it automatically drop in a weird angle. Use the wheel to adjust the phone so that it balances and is Horizontal. If its not facing me that's alright. Once its turns on it faced me.Install the app called Feiyu On. Press hold the second button to turn it on and then you can connect it to the app and Bluetooth on your. Bluetooth does need to be turned on if you want to control the camera shutter using the gimbal.Once on, its automatically in panning mode. Move side to side not up and down. Does a full 360 spin if needed.To lock onto an object, press the power button once or hold the button in the back on the gimbal as I did. I prefer holding that button if its needed for a ahort during of time.Double tap the button in the back and gimbal returns to rhe default panning mode.Trip tap the middle button on the front and the camera turns towards you for a selfie shot. Usually I just use the front facing camera and change the camera within my phone rather than using the gimbal to flip the phone.Not a fan of the panning plus titling mode but once you master it and the use of joystick makes it fun.I would have preferred if it came with counter weights so that I didn't need to take off my case everytime. This gimbal is designed primarily for iPhones (or other similar size and weight phones) but can be used with an action camera. The results are better when its used for light activities rather than heavy sports.I have yet to master switching back and forth to the vertical mode.

I really wanted to like this product. The bluetooth was finicky from the get-go. It would mostly pair with my iPhone 7+ upon connecting. I bought this for a small vacation with my son to Disneyland. I tested the product out several days before leaving to make sure we were good to go. We got to Disney, I pulled the gimbal out, set it up, and turned it on. It wouldn't connect via bluetooth nor would it hold my phone upright. After several more tries, it lifted my phone but had my phone facing the wrong way. I turned it off, turned it back on, and felt a clicking sensation in the handle. Seems that one of the 3 motors burned out.I would prefer to have a heavier gimbal using higher quality parts.

First of all, I did not get the advertised gimbal! My SPG did NOT come with a button on the back like how it's shown on the pictures. I am told on the Feiyu Tech support facebook group that probably I sent an older NON-splash proof gimbal!My LG v20 was not able to rotate around (tilt) I was told on the tech group to bend the arm a little bit back since it might be out of shape. It was. The phone was not parallel to the slidable/adjustable arm! I bent the arm a little bit and now it is parallel and my phone can rotate around! I thought the android app was garbage but actually, i had to change something in the gimbal settings to make it work with the up. ( Press thumb up and hold it there while you press the function button for 1 sec) .I just recharged it 2 days ago. I turned it off. I do not remember having the lights flashing ( standby mode) yet 2 days later the battery was dead! I am charging again and see if it holds the charge.

The app - I've had the SPG for 3 months and have used it a lot. And every time I pick it up and start filming, I have to mess with my iPhone's blue tooth settings to get the app to sync up with the gimbal. Mid-shooting, after a break, you pick it back up and sometimes you'll have to fiddle with the blue tooth settings again! This can literally take a couple minutes, so there are times you just can't wait. So you have to just use the stabilizer with their app.Won't sit still - I've tried looking this up but didn't find anything. At this point, I think it's defective. I try to use the gimbal on a tripod and the gimbal constantly pans left very slowly. You can never establish the frame! It keeps moving! This is absolutely driving me nuts. I had it set looking at the Christmas tree and doing a time lapse of decorating the tree. Well, 1 minute later, I look back and the gimbal has turned 15 degrees to the left. The tree is out of frame and it's filming nothing!Terrible customer service - I really really wanted to love this thing. I was so excited to get it. But so far, the experience hasn't been so great. At this point, I'd want a refund and try another brand. Preferably, a US based company that has good customer support.

The item worked, at first..kind of... It was very difficult to get it to work properly, but when it did it was an OK gimbal. I've been in I.T. for 15 year and a tech nerd my whole life, and Im pretty technically savvy. This gimbal was very confusing on how to operate, and seemed to have a mind of its own, and would decide to shutdown or have a seizure whenever it wanted. After using this unreliable gimbal on 2 vacations, it shutdown randomly while on the beach (battery was freshly charged), and will not turn back on. The power light comes on when its charging, and my computer recognizes it, however, the item will not turn on in order to operate it or update the firmware. Ive properly charged it for hours and hours, and it will not turn on for a second, even when directly running it from the USB cable. I would highly recommend an easier to use, and more reliable product that this.

This thing is amazing. My wife and I run a real estate business and do Facebook live videos as well as other video walk throughs of homes and events. Going from a shaky, hand held video to this is like night and day for video quality. The instructions are a poor English to Chinese translation, but that is the only negative I can see (and actually sort of entertaining to read). Excellent product!

Where do I begin? Well, if you're in the gimbal market, you most definitely have heard of Feiyu Tech. I remember seeing them first pop up in the Apple stores and thinking if Apple is promoting and allowing these products on store shelves then they must be good! My first experience was with the Feiyu Tech SPG. My very first order was with another online shopping website. I received the product and it was functional for about 2 hours. It worked great with my iPhone 6s however it started to have some axis problems. The roll axis when panning would go so off axis that panning the gimbal would result in useless videos. Returned. I wanted to give it another chance and it being available through Amazon Prime, I ordered. Again, after about 2 hours of use, the gimbal malfunctioned. This time it was something totally different. The gimbal would turn on and act berserk! No matter what was on my gimbal, it would turn and rotate, fast and randomly, almost catapulting my GoPro Hero 5 Black onto my hardwood floors! Returned! I gave it one more shot. I re-ordered. Everything was fine. It was working. iPhone and GoPro worked fine. But at this point, I had my eyes on other products (DJI Osmo Mobile and the Zhiyun Crane-M). That was with about 2-3 hours use. Who knows if it would have malfunctioned. So far my experience with Feiyu Tech products have been pretty bad. The build quality of these products are superb however, the quality control, not so much. Try your luck, when it works, it works great.

If you are buying this for use with your phone, ignore my review...I purchased this after watching many reviews online and comparing it with Smooth Q or Osmo Mobile. I chose the SPG for the built quality, the unlimited motion angles, the trigger button in the back and especially because it is the only water resistant one. My goal was to use it with my action camera, the YI 4K+. That being said, here are the reasons why I'm leaving a bad review.First off, I was really disappointed to receive the model without the trigger in the back since apparently it isn't the water resistant model. That wouldn't have been too bad because the product design is awesome and if the functionality would have been the same, I would have kept it. But with the action camera mounted, the tilt motor wasn't able to balance without vibrating. This resulted in almost footage being distorted by motion waves when the motor would vibrate. I had also bought the adapter plate but it made the setup bulkier without solving my issue.Appart that, it was really great when used with a smartphone (LG G5) and I would recommend it for anyone who wants an awesome looking gimbal that comes with a carry pouch which is compact and easy to travel with.

Pues parece un buen aparato, aunque tuve mis dudas a comprarlo por este anuncio, porque no indicaba que fuera "water splash proof" y tampoco que contenia la caja, de lo que recibiriás en casa. Y en atención al cliente, no me lo pudieron confirmar.Lo tengo desde hace unos días y diré que efectivamente es el "water splash proof" (lo indica en el manual que sólo viene en ingles y chino) y en la caja de Amazon, te viene la caja del FeiyuTech SPG, con el gimbal, su bateria, su funda, su cable usb, sus manuales (ingles y chino) y la tarjeta de garantia.Quería colgar unas fotots, pero van pasando los dias y no me acuerdo de hacerlas.... y creo que es importante aclarar estos dos puntos, porque yo tuve muchas dudas en comprarlo en este link e incluso en Amazon, porque no me sabían asegurar lo que me llegaría a casa.....Lo poco que lo he poddido usar, parece que cumple con las expectativas.....Saludos...

Muy contento con este estabilizador de Feiyu con muy buena construcción en aluminio.Los motores que incorporan son potentes, lo he probado con mi Huawei P20 pro y lo mueve sin problemas, suavemente y eso que el movil es pesado (180gr).Para poder usar correctamente el estabilizador lo primero que hay que realizar, con el estabilizador apagado, es nivelar el movil en el estabilizador, para ello el motor de en medio lleva una rosca con la que ajustar la longitud de uno de los brazos para que el peso esté equilibrado.Aunque no lo indicaba en las características el modelo que he recibido es el modelo resistente a salpicaduras de agua.La alimentación del gymbal se realiza a través de una batería de litio de formato 22650 que viene incluida. Si se quiere tener alguna batería de repuesto, como este formato no es de los mas comunes, se puede usar una batería 18650 con un tubo adaptador de plástico para ampliar la anchura y que se adapte al tubo del gymbal.Ademas de la funda de neopreno, incorpora unos adaptadores de espuma para poderlo usar con una camara tipo gopro.La aplicacion para movil es bastante completa pudiendose configurar la velocidad de movimientos de los motores, la fuerza, etc..

2 stabilisateur changé en moins de 2 mois, premier utiliser pour un total de 30 minutes (au total) le 2 ème après réception, essaie de 5minutes 3 semaines après je décide de vérifier son fonctionnement, ne se stabilise pas, remu dans tous les sens et vibration d'un moteur.Je déconseille fortement car ces problèmes étaient identique et je n'ai apparemment pas le droit au retour du SAV concernant cette panne, passez votre chemin et prenez un de leur dernier model ou un autre constructeurEn lieu même le stabilisateur à l'air bien ses seuls points négatif:- Application qui ne fonctionne pas toujours (j'ai un Samsung s7 edge)- Un peu lourdJe ne compte pas le fait que les deux m'ont lâché alors que bien protégé et bien rangéMerci
