GloveTactsStay Connected with Your Gloves on

As others have noted, GloveTacts work for about a week and then are completely useless. I have applied them to 2 sets of cloves at different times. At first, they worked perfectly and I ordered more. By the time the second order arrived, the first had stopped working. I applied the new ones to a second pair of gloves and replaced the original with the same result - one week later neither of them worked.

I use an old iPhone as a GPS on my motorcycle. Unfortunately, I can not use the touch screen once I put my gloves on. This is irritating both at a stop, when I need to adjust something on the phone, and even more so when I am underway and I get some type of alert on the phone (low battery) that prevents be from using the GPS.The package comes with two finger tip covers. I have only used one so far. I put it on the pointer finger of my left glove. The adhesive is holding tight even after getting rained on and plenty of perspiration from inside the glove. I only use it to hit a few buttons, I am not trying to type or text with it. I am not sure how well that would work. This product does exactly what I needed it to and I would but it again.I have attached a couple pictures that show how the patch wraps around the tip of the finger.I will update this review if I have any issues.

Pros:- Excellent packaging- Easy to apply and sticks wellCons:- Works great for the first few days then gradually loses its functionI was thinking that functional decay is permanent. However, I washed my gloves recently and it appears to have improved the function a quite a bit. So I am wondering whether it is important that the surface is clean of dust or oils. If the manufacturer would chime in here.

I have a pair of winter mittens that I wanted to be able to use my phone with. I thought this would be the perfect solution so I placed them on the thumbs. Even when they did work, it was a bit spotty and then after a couple weeks, they gave up working at all. I knew I was taking a risk with the all the poor reviews but I guess I just needed to experience it for myself.

So far so good! I have an S5 active with a tempered glass screen protector. They work pretty well and we're super easy to put on. For the sake of constructive criticism, I would say that they are over packaged. Having experience in marketing, I understand why, though I'm a bit of an environmentalists, and would prefer them to be sent just as stickers. Anyhow, so far I like them. I'll check back in with wear and tear.

The touchscreen response is very finicky. Sometimes they work decently with my iPhone, other times I get no response at all. The adhesive on these also leaves a bit to be desired. The front tip part of them unstuck and I made sure to clean the gloves thoroughly. I pressed them very hard and let them cure for the 24hrs as true instructions say. Both stickers have peeled at the point of the fingertip.I'm not too happy with these and will be looking for an alternative

Phenomenal product. I watched videos and read reviews before purchasing because I was skeptical. So I put on my glove and tried to operate my iPhone 6, and nothing happened. Then I applied the GloveTacts to the index finger, and it was like the first time I saw a magic trick. Works flawlessly. My advice, besides to buy this product, is to leave the glove on for at least 5 minutes and keep pressing the edges of the GloveTacts. I did it for piece of mind that it wouldn't peel up on the edges. But it adhered and works. The other thing I did, because there are 2 of these stickers, is I put one on the index finger of my lightweight glove, and the other on my winter weight glove. I didn't think I'd need a thumb one. I hope this helps with any of you on the fence.

These worked great for a whole two days. Was riding out and got rained in one day for a about 10 mins and they no longer work. Very disappointed. Then got a new pair from the company. Put them in my gloves. One side worked for about 3 taps on my phone then it went out. Do not buy. They do not work.
