whats the difference between the cf 210, cf 220 and 230??

I asked the manufacturer directly and this was their answer, "The difference between the Custom Fit Orthotics 210 and 220 is the size. The CFO 210 is for men's shoe sizes 6.5 and lower and women's shoe sizes 4.5-7.5. The CFO 220 is for men's shoe sizes 6.5-8.5 and women's shoe sizes 8-10." So essentially, length is the difference.

What does cf 330 mean is that a high arch ?

I don't know what that means I did a scan at a machine at CVS and this is what I was directed to buy. I do have a high arch so the answer may be yes.

Which insert would you recommend for shin spleants?

I don't know if the inserts will help with shin splints, but they do helmp with bone spurs. If your podiatrist recommends them, Go to a Walmart that has a measuring scale. Take off your shoes and socks (or knee-hi's) and stand on the scale. The readout will tell you which insert will fit your foot, with the correct amount of arch support. Buy one at Walmart, if they have you size on hand. You can buy more if needed on Amazon once you know your size.

Do these fit smaller shoe sizes like women’s 6?

The different codes are for different shoe sizes the CF 310 fits me, I wear a women's size 6.0 to 7 shoe (depending on the shoe), but I slip these into all of mine

GREAT pain relief

Dr. Scholl's cf330 jell cushions work very well as far as composition of heel and arch support. However, the one thing that should eventually be addressed is the "quality of glue" used for adhering the cover to the cushions. After having to switch the cushions back and forth along with daily use the cover begins to bubble up then peel off causing pain where the fabric balls up. This happens after about 3 months in, so you get plenty of GREAT relief for the money. Well worth the investment and I wish more places carry them along with the machine to help guide the right choices of cushions.

Great for foot comfort.

I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. Quite annoying andsomewhat painful. My primary care physician prescribed theDr. Scholl's (along with some physical therapy exercises).I was initially skeptical that inserts would help, and I was concernedthat my shoes would not fit well with them (I have wide feet). I waswrong on both counts.My feet immediately felt better (not cured, but improved) at firstuse. I liked the results so much that I bought a 2nd set for othershoes so I wouldn't have to move them.The inserts are not full length, so they don't take up valuable shoeroom at the ball of my foot. Shoe space is just not an issue.One minor suggestion for Dr. Scholl's: Include a bit of double-sticktape with the inserts. The inserts tend to slide forward when donningmy shoes, and some light adhesive would help keep them in the properplace.
