Casserole arrived chipped with handle missing.
A beautiful casserole ..unfit for use. Two big chips on edge and one handle missing. It was packaged sufficiently.. so sender must have known what state it was in, when preparing.No way of contacting seller to inform of problem. Applied for refund, but still have to carry heavy parcel to the city to send back.

Sadly the lid of my dish has cracked after just ONE USE!
Contacted the seller yesterday as after just ONE sue in the over, the lid has cracked. very disappointed!
