Four Stars
There were a couple of bad ones in here but so far the rest have been perfect.

Not .1 uf capacitors
I ordered these because I was wanting .047 uf capacitors for my guitar and saw another person's review saying that these caps read close to what I want on his meter. Upon testing these on my meter I found that most of them measured .035-.04 uf. I can still use them for my guitar, but I wanted to write this review so that people looking for .1 uf caps won't be disappointed. At least these are consistent, just not accurate.

Innacurate
Don't waste your time or money on these. I saw other reviewers saying the same but decided to try them for myself. Sure enough I ordered 100 of these labeled as 100nf and they're all reading at or around 60nf. Not a 100 in the whole bunch. If accuracy doesnt matter go for it, otherwise buyers beware.

These are NOT .1 uf caps
If your are looking for .1 uf caps for precision timing, RF or RC configurations, you may not want these. They range from .047 to .07 (not a .1uf in the bunch). I was under time-constraints to go looking for others, so I was able to pair them up to get my .1 value - but you can’t argue about the price (hence, 2 stars).

Not even close to being the correct value
Well, $7 for so many, what can you expect. They were marked 104 which would be .1 uF, however measurement on 2 different LCR meters show that they are 30 nF. They are consistently the wrong value, must have been some that didn't make it through QC.

Raiting is incorrect
These are not 0.1uF / 100nF capacitors, they may have 104 stamped on them, but using my LCR meter, I got around 45uF at 1khz testing freq, 43uF at 10khz, and 41uF at 100khz. Even at a 120 Hz low frequency testing, these barely poke above 50uF. Have not tested voltage rating, but in order to get 0.1uF, you must put two in parallel.
