This was our first order with this company and this product. We live on an Island in the UK and it Amazingly came the morning after placing the order!!! The mugs themselves came in perfect condition. The main package could do with having a bit more packing tape on as there was slight damage but not to effect the mugs. Some of the mugs 'GIFT' boxes were a bit ropey and squashed. I know it states that they are used for Packing but in the main advert it shouldn`t really say GIFT BOX but should say a Packing box. So some of these we wouldn`t be able to use as Gift Boxes so would be extra Cost on the end project. We havn`t printed on them yet. But other then that we are happy with this order and product and would Order again. Thank you.

The only place (signzworld) that my wife will buy from for these. Each one comes in it's own box. No failures on prints so far. We've bought over 5 sets so far. If any arrive broken just get hold of them and send pictures for partial refund.

Ordered from this company previously and great products had slight issue but resolved quickly and efficiently would appear to have been down to a third party and not singzworld. will definitely purchase from them again
