This is a very good tool for mindful breathing especially for a smoker , the only drawback is the hook of the pipe, its not sturdy and fell off 3 days into use, perhaps if the chain is attached to the breathing pipe instead of the hook it would be much more durable

Very good quality. A little heavy and bulky, but i guess it has to be bigger for it to work the way it does.
