Compare to the other fleet product (saline & mineral oil), this one takes the longest to achieve the effect but it’s not as messy as the mineral oil.

They work slowly and gently so do not expect immediate relief. The shape also makes it safe and easy to insert but may come out while just going pee (without stool) so be ready to use a few of these before you get the results you are looking for. They are very inexpensive so using up a few of these for each episode of constipation should not be a problem.
