ACDelco Gold RP5707 Rear Wheel Bearing

First time I have used this repair bearing and it did the job. I read the reviews and the guy who said it sticks out about a quarter inch from the end of the housing is right. It's a very tight fit and make sure you align it evenly when going in. When it stops moving, stop pounding it in. A very reasonable price compared to the parts store which wanted $73 even with my company discount.

This did not fit the stock housing. When pulling this assembly out the plastic cage busted and left the sleeve in the housing. I spent a day cutting the sleeve out of my bearing housing and polishing. This may work as a repair of you have a destroyed bearing housing but this will not work for a direct replacement. These are extremely poor quality anyways. You don’t want a plastic cage on your bearing. I would return them if I could but they are destroyed due to having to cut the sleeves out of the housing.

The AP said it would fit my car but it didn't.

2 seals instead of 1. very nice will make for a sure seal on old axles. they are meant to stick out a bit so the seal rides in new location not the old worn grove. i see a review that someone tried and pound it all the way in and broke axle tube, yes its not a flush fit.but is as intended to stick out for use seal in new location.
