I ordered this for sleep aid.... it works very well. I have slept much better while taking this and woken with more energy. The taste is not that great, i recomend taking your dose and following with sprite or water after.

I didn’t try it . I don’t know anything about depression but a friend of mine who suffers from it , asked me if I knew where to get it . I bought one for her . She said it helped her a lot so later on I sent her another bottle . She was grateful . They say it is a natural product . I am not a Dr so I have no idea neither if it is true nor if it is helpful or not.

It definitely worked in making me sleepy but it gave me a vivid dream that I did not like amd woke me up so be aware. I think I drifted off to sleep and started dreaming immediately. Other than that it does not smell and I mixed it in tea and did not taste it.

Nervous and anxiety gone

If you only have occasional sleeplessness this might work for you. However if you have chronic insomnia and melatonin has not worked, or you have become resistant skip this. Melatonin was too unreliable so I wanted to try this as another natural option. The first time I took it it did help me sleep in less than an hour which is better than melatonin gummies, though I had also been up still from the night before so that probably played a part. Unfortunately I only got about 3 hours due to being woken up by a lawn mower so I have no idea how much sleep I would have got if my environment had stayed quiet. The second night, nothing. Tried upping the dose and still took hours to get to sleep. Been like that every night; still taking me five or six hours to get to sleep. I will use up the bottle but obviously will not repurchase. I've had insomnia for over 20 years now and it's only gotten worse with a living situation change. I was really hoping to avoid prescription medication but behavior changes and over-the-counter medication just haven't worked. :(

Although the smell is undesirable the taste is not all that bad. This product really helps with my anxiety and sleep. I will definitely be purchasing this product again in the future.

Be sure to check your date of expiration before consuming the product! Oh my! What an experience! I opened up my brand new bottle, noticed it smelled a little off but thought nothing of it.. I've noticed some of this stuff smells like stinky feet. Put some in my water and nearly choked on it! The crud was rancid and tasted like straight up mold! It was expired nearly a year! Date of expiration was 5/22! Oof! I tossed it into the trash. What an ordeal.
