After preparing and seasoning, I fried them with some oil and store in refrigerator for many kinds of foods like fried rice, stir-fried noodles with vegetables, rice soups, noodle soups, curry, quick-pickled salad, salty dipping sauce for white rice or dipping vegetables. It’s crunchy when served hot after oil-frying and tastes like chewing jerky when cool down.Sometimes I grind them and cook for many kinds of foods like: lasagna, potato casserole, macaroni casserole, hamburgers, fried rice paper rolls (eggrolls). Everything is so delicious!Note: Don’t cook in water if meat-chewing taste is needed. For liquid menu like soups or stewed food, I just pour boiled liquid soup into bowl with fried seasoned TVP.If the protein in nutrition fact is right, it is really good meat alternatives.I
