Cero stars, it's been a nightmare dealing with this equipment, I can not regret enough, I did all the instructions on the folder inside of the package, in the end I obtain a fancy, sleek and modern worthless equipment showing in the screen errors, try to contact the company chordpay and they told me that I didn't have any information regarding my clover device, soo disappointed in this bad decision.

This machine made my small business easier. The installation was so easy to put it together, and entered the inventory . Very easy to use and the videos were very helpful to understand how it works. A Happy customer here. Thank you

I ordered two of these Clover Station Pro and so far no issues. Aaron has been always there to help me setup each device. I definitely received great product at a great value.

Great Quality product and user friendly!

We have 2 Clover systems at separate locations, the systems do not integrate which means separate inventories, invoicing. Etc. Every 3 years you sign a new lease to get equipment that they will continue supporting, if you have an issue customer service is very difficult and horrendously time consuming. Features are app based with cost even more per month. We are moving to a US web based system which we own the equipment so no crazy 3 year lease, no foriegn crappy customer service, both locations will be integrated, etc... Clover was a huge mistake for us.

Please approach this company with caution. I bought the clover device through Amazon and one of my POS systems was faulty and then after we got one running after a few months I realized that the tips were not being deposited into my account. I’ve called and emailed them many times and they keep telling me that I needed to input the tip on paper. Which would makes sense if I was a restaurant but I am not. I am a food truck and the customer themselves punch in the tip amount. It’s been 6 months of them keeping my tip money and them not activating the tip app on their platform for me to see. It’s very sketchy and extremely disappointing. I am just starting my business and I have been paying my cashier her tips only to realize that it’s a total loss because this company is not depositing the money that is due to me. They keep giving me the runaround about it and it really stinks. Just go with Square they deposit all of your money and if you have any issues they resolve it and in time they give you a loan. I was really excited about chordpay and using the clover device but this is just unacceptable and unprofessional

We bought a Clover system and within 4 Months they had completely locked us out. We paid over $2500 and it's been collecting dust for years because they said the credit card processing is exclusive with first data and because first data left BOA we had to either buy a completely new Clover System!
