Great for marking tile
great for marking tile cuts. doesn't wash off when using a wet saw, however it is not permanent. I like the "self" sharpening feature. good value for the price

Cheap quick.
Needed tho not too exciting. Good price no shipping cost and quick. What else could I want.

Good.
I get these because the filler is not too hard or too soft. The Sharpie china markers are way too soft. I like to put a fine wedge point on these to draw along a straight edge. The sharpie line goes thick right away, especially in summer. These hold the point longer and as a result, last longer than the Sharpie brand.

I love china markers!
These don't seem to peal quite right all the time, I've had to use my fingernails quite often. The other complaint is the wax breaks off too easy, so peal carefully and don't expose too much. I can't say if this is normal for china markers or not, as I haven't used enough brands to say, but I coulda sworn I used some brands when I was a kid, that weren't fragile and cheap like that. I'll change my review in the future perhaps, after I've used other brands to compare.Otherwise I must say, I adore drawing with these!

Nice markers
Great marker, I use them for my home canning, jaring, kombucha, etc. Marks well on glass, lasts the right amount of time but easy to clean off. Easy to "sharpen". Slightly stiff/sticky tips out of the box but wrote easier with some use.

There you are!
I used these at work and had to buy them somehow. They cover what I need to cover really well. I'm not sure about removing them though. I don't plan on using them on certain surfaces, so I don't know the results. They don't smear on paper or slick paper or cardboard boxes and such, so that's perfect. The way to "sharpen" them is so interesting and fun. They don't peel correctly if ripped going the wrong way. The strings have yet to come out, but use a knife or box cutter to cut into the pencil a little bit to sharpen it if the string is gone. BE CAREFUL! I liked these pencils a lot. I'd buy them again.

Great For The Garden
I use these in lots of ways but mostly for the garden. I buy old mini-blinds at garage sales and cut the blind slats into 3" to 6" pieces, depending on how I plan to use them, then write on the end with the china marker. The writing is still clear and readable after an entire garden season of being outside in the elements. In fact, I reuse them for another year or two before the plastic breaks, and I have to clean off the previous year's writing WITH CLEANSER. I use them also to mark freezer containers and when I collect and dry seed, I spread the seed on saucers to dry and mark on the saucer what the seed is. When I pre-germinate seed in coffee filters I mark on the coffee filter, while it is still dry, what the seed is. No fading, no running. For that matter, I've never had one break on me, but I imagine it's possible if you peel the paper down too far and press down too hard when writing. Don't leave these out in the sun though.
