Okay this is by far the best non-liquid eyeliner I've tried! I have the dreaded hooded eyelids so I tend to stay away from liquid liners since cat eyes don't work for me. I only line my water liner and usually smudge it just a little bit for a softer effect. This liner goes on so smooth! It's not chunky at all but it wasn't so dry to the point where I had to apply a lot of pressure. The consistency was perfect. It does dry fairly quickly so I would suggest doing one eye, smudge, then do the other eye and smudge. Its pretty pigmented so I didn't have to apply a lot to get full coverage. I wore it for the first time today and had it on for over 12 hrs working in the office and a couple of walks outside totalling 2 hrs at about 65 to 70 degrees F. I never reapplied it since I normally don't anyway. By the time I went to take it off in the evening, it still looked great! It never ran and I never got the dark rings under my eyes. Some of my other liners (Korean brands, Revlon, Physicians Formula, Cargo, Bare Essentials) were great in some aspects but not all. About 90% of the liner was still there. It never ran so I never found myself wiping my bags in the middle of the day today and only a small amount wore off on the water line but you wouldn't really have noticed unless I pointed it out. Not bad for a 12+ hr day without reapplication. Now the next thing is how nicely it cleaned up. I've had experiences with other eyeliners really needing a good scrubbing to get it off or when it finally does come off, it creates little flakes that get into my eye. That creates so much irritation! Or the eyeliner just becomes a watery mess and now you have to soak even more makeup cleaner on a pad to fully wipe all over your face. But I only needed a couple of qtips and a couple of dabs of cleaner for this one. It was easy to clean up and it didn't smear all over the place or flake. Average pressure was all that was needed. Who knew there could be so much to look for in a product as simple as eyeliner?! I don't wear much makeup but eyeliner is a must have for me. I'm so glad I took a chance on this one cause now I'm hooked. So now I'm going to surf Amazon to see if they carry other colors instead of going to bed like I should be lol!

This is the best eyeliner I’ve ever used! I use it on my top and bottom water line and it doesn’t budge, smear, or run all day long!! No extra black smudge under my eye, no junk in the corner of my eye. It even stays on thru tears! But it now, in bulk. Just save some for me.

This eyeliner has a nice, creamy formula that is very easy to work with. I purchased it on a Monday and it arrived next day with my Prime membership. It was easy to achieve a winged eyeliner look and worked well on lining my inner rims of my eyes. It lasted without smudging for about 8-9 hours which is great compared to other liners I have tried. At about the 9-10 hour mark a rubbed my eyes and a little came off, however, that is a long time to wear so I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this if you need something that will not tug at your eyes, or if you have sensitive eyes, or if you want something easy to work with. Will be repurchasing!

Mia Adora,I am completely new to makeup, so I wasn’t sure what to expect or even how to compare it to any other product. I think it would be unfair to do so but what I can say is that I LOVE the fact that your product is cruelty-free, which is really important to me, and how sturdy it is (it is indeed water and smudge proof)! The only critique I could give—and again this may be my own ineptitude—is how difficult it was to get a pointed ending to a wing with a rounded tip. I mean, I suppose I could just file it into a point a little against a sheet of paper but that would be wasting product! I also want to thank you for reaching out to your customers to gauge their satisfaction and if they have any questions or concerns. You don't see that much anymore in the age of instant gratification and rapacious corporations.In any case, I am satisfied with the product and its price. I've used this for awhile now and so I have a pretty good opinion on it.It's a standard eyeliner pencil that is retractable and does come with a sharpener at the end. It's a skinnier type of pencil much like the Colourpop liners. I used to use eyeliner pencils exclusively but got away from them when I got more comfortable with liquid liners. Recently I started getting back in to pencil liners for my lower waterline.Upon first application in the waterline I had no product come out so be sure to warm up the product first prior to application. I used it on my upper lash line and it applied well and was quite smooth. I eventually was able to use it on my waterline which I wanted to test on how well it stayed.I also tried out the sharpener once the point wore down and the first time I used it, the tip immediately broke off which was frustrating because I felt I lost a good amount of product. Overall, it's a nice retractable pencil liner but for me it wasn't revolutionary and was much like others I have used. I have yet to find an eyeliner that stays all day in my waterline and the best I've tried for that is the Colourpop liners. This liner unfortunately didn't last long in my waterline and on my upper lashline it did well but I did find that it transferred throughout the day.In the end, for $19.95, I think if you have a liner that is a tried and true that works for you at a good price point, stick with but if you are wanting to try out something new at a pretty reasonable price try it out.

The customer service they have is great, they really honestly care about their customers and if they like the item. They are very nice and prompt with responses. This eyeliner was very waterproof. When u first purchase slide it across the back of your hand to get the newness out of it , it’ll work best like that. It’s great for a top eyeliner if u use pencil for top, I prefer liquid, for the bottom it smudged after a couple hours, but my waterline stays wet I was told to put it on dry but my eyes water too much . Great product if your eyes don’t water so much on the waterline.

Lasted about an hour

I have used this product several times and I LOVE it!!!It goes on so smoothly, and leaves a nice pigmented line on both the upper lid and waterline. The pointed tip makes precise application easy; it is retractable, has a nice point, and if/when it dulls there is a built in pencil sharpener. It also claims to be waterproof (will survive any chick flick, or also in my case, my busy mom schedule) and great for waterlines. It stayed on the upper lid all day; however, the same is not true of the waterline. But….. I was okay with that because unlike some eyeliners it didn’t smudge to give racoon eyes by the end of the day. Bonus that it’s made of natural ingredients!!I absolutely recommend this eyeliner. It is one of the best I’ve used and the price is very reasonable. It arrived a day earlier than predicted and in perfect condition.

The media could not be loaded. I have been using this eyeliner for a little over a year and have tried a few other brands with the same claim of being waterproof and smudge-proof. But, ultimately, when I want a bold, sultry and long lasting look, I keep reaching for this one over my other high end liners.It applies very smoothly and glides on easily on the eyelids and on the waterline. If you let it set properly, it will not smudge and will definitely last all day. If you want to intentionally smudge this liner, you just need to do it before it sets. When all is said is done, I really like this product. It would be great however to have more color options. Great purchase. I use it along the waterline of the eye, so, not sharp enough, not dark enough, and does smudge a little. Still, I love the concept of retractable eyeliner.
