I ordered this replacement tank because I was getting the warning that my printer was coming to the end of its life. The tank needed to be replaced, and it was a very easy job. While most printer manufacturers would want you to buy a new printer, this very inexpensive and easily replaced item, will extend the life of your printer. It arrived quickly, fit perfectly and works great.

I installed ink tank. However, during copier re-assembly the copier display fell off machine and could not be re-attached. Hence, could not use machine. The replacement fit fine and was easy to install.

Great product. Easy to replace myself after watching a YouTube video. Gave new life to my Epson XP610 printer. I needed to buy a reset code for $10.00 in addition to complete the job. Working great so far!

I purchased this Sponge Pad Waste Ink when the printer displayed a message on the LCD and, when printing was always streaking on the paper even though the print heads were clean.There are YouTube videos to walk you through the process. After installation, no streaks on paper. Money well spent. Highly recommended for your Espon XP-820.

the product was what I expected. It was easy to install and not very time consuming to install.

Will not work without purchasing Genuine Epson product. Epson will not give you code to make this product work. Total waste of money!!!

Simply remove your old waste tank and pop in this one, easy. Good purchase.

Once I took the printer apart. I installed the new pads and everything works fine.

Installation was no problem but as the Printer apparently needed a Code to accept the replacement the whole thing was a waste of money.EPSON did not provide the code but did suggest to buy a new printer.So, the whole printer with ink and waste tank went in the garbage.
