Experiencing God Bible Study Book with Video Access

This review is long overdue! The Lord used this study book and the Protestant Bible 13 years ago, to bring me to my knees in knowing, declaring, experiencing and loving Jesus as my Lord and Savior, as I was coming from a background of being an atheist, agnostic, Catholic, Wiccan and Buddhist. Love all the Blackaby books! Check out the Experiencing God Bible and devotional too! Highly recommend for those who are curious about Christianity and those are strong in faith to strengthen their walk with the Lord in experiencing God, how to hear from Him and act on it. It is also helpful in studying to know how to minister to new believers or those who are seeking to know Jesus. There are not enough stars for me to rave about this book that the Lord has used to change my life! For those who are genuinely seeking to know if Jesus is the son of God and is God- pray (just talking to God aloud or silently in your mind and heart, without a mediator, idols, sacrifices, beads, etc.) and ask the Lord to reveal Himself to you (not like a genie in a bottle in saying "If you do this, then I'll believe"). If He is real, you will gain everything, if He isn't- you'd have nothing to lose anyway! -Jeremiah 29:13 This will be the most life changing experience you will encounter- to know who is Jesus!!! John 3:16, Romans 3:22-26, Romans 6, Ephesians 2:8-9, Proverbs 3:5-6. Praying for you who is reading this... it is not by accident that you are here. You were made with purpose, seen, worthy in Christ, and are deeply loved by God. "I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in Him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit" Romans 15:13

Yes, a bible study that talks to you. It takes you through many Life scenarios and solutions from the author's extensive ministry work. It has just enough blanks to fill out and thoughts to integrate into the lesson, and it reliably looks back on what you learned last week and the week before, and to the beginning of the Bible study. It builds well, it answers questions that I didn't even know I had. The videos that accompany it are amazingly good and Short. My only recommendation is that the publisher revert to spiral binding books. This is a pretty thick work to try to lay out flat and write on. I envy those in my group who have the old spiral-bound edition.

I absolutely LOVED this study! So well written and loved the daily plans. And the videos every week! I feel so much more connected to God after this study! What a great family of pastors! 10/10 reccomend!

This has been so transformative! I love the way the book is broken down into units and encourages memorization of verses with each unit. It is laid out really well, leading you on the journey of knowing and loving God.
