Excellent product and it does what it says IF you time it well.For my system:Marathons:1/3 taken 10 minutes pre race. The next third at around 25thK and the last at 35KI have also found that it acts a lot more efficiently if I avoid coffee for 7 days days pre-race.Ultras: Use judiciously, obviously, if doing an ultra. I have Never used more than 1 and 1/2 portions per ultra even if it be a 100K event. Again, if your watch says you are doing a lot more than your usual red cardiac zone, I avoid the next swig. This way I might struggle a tad towards the end, but my recovery for the next race is quicker.Taste!Size!!! can easily snug fit it in to your shorts pocket and if ultra can pack a couple easily.

The ingredients for this product is very very toxic. I do not recommend this at all.
