Did not work AT ALL. Replaced the batteries provided with product with new name-brand batteries and it still didn’t work. Rip off. Don’t buy.

Purchased this for halloween, dressed up as Uncle Fester from the adams Family. Great prop to go along with my costume. My son now uses it for his magic shoes at schools and with friends and family.

Didn't work at first. The coin cells that were included had a layer of tape residue/glue on the negative terminals (the smaller side) left from the packaging method. Either get new coin cells, or clean those up with vigorous rubbing with a paper towel. (Helps to put the paper towel flat on a countertop, gives a nice flat surface and you can apply pressure from the top of the coin cell.) Not the highest quality and probably not fooling anyone (as Uncle Fester once fooled me when I watched on TV during the sixties ;-) but a usable and inexpensive gag.

Smelled terribly musty like it had been wet, then dried out. Light would only flicker if you could find the spot exactly. It was very hard to get it to connect enough to come on and then it would only flicker for a split second. It just didnt work as it should. Maybe its because it was wet or damp at some point, but I wont be buying another one.

Didn’t work that well. Flickered a lot and very dim when lit.

Right out of the box it doesn't work at all, cleaned the batteries really good and still nothing. Going to get some new batteries and try it. if it doesn't work its going back. Neighbor was going to use it for Halloween as he's dressing up as uncle fester. Pretty disappointing.

The bulb is OK, but the metal parts, the parts which you need to touch to illuminate the bulb are very poor. Flaky and plasticy in places, tarnished and rusty in others. The metal ring they suggest you use can't physically touch the two terminals whilst being worn, which destroys the illusion.

Expected one that was a push button, only had rings did not meet the requirements that I needed it for. Was for a specific costume idea where the light bulb goes in the mouth and this won't work. NO RETURNS IS NOT COOL WASTE OF MONEY

Still stuck in German customs. Waiting a month now. I'm sure the product is excellent. But it's worth knowing it might get stuck in customs like mine has. It finally arrived. I have to pick it up at the post office and pay import duty before they will release it. I no longer want it.

The first one I ordered got lost and so I had to reorder at a higher price which was already annoying. So to finally get it and have it not work was disappointing. Using it the way you are suppose to with the batteries in the correct way it doesn't light up. The only way I could get it to work was to bend the metal piece at the side and push it down over the batteries with my fingers.
