The one I have has stayed the colour it was when purchased, lovely little watch.

Yes, the strap could be adjusted to be small enough, every links of the strap could be taken off, you could take off few links according to your wrist

Here are the steps to adjust the strap of ladies bracelet watch : 1. find the holes and arrows on the strap, take off the needles from the hole according to the arrows with tools 2. take off few parts of the strap like the 1st step, adjust the strap according to your wirst 3. connect the two parts of strap, put the needles into the holes You could contact seller and let them send you pictures

Just pull the clasp (Pull the middle part of the clasp)
