This little bell is classy, sturdy, mounts easily and securely, and has a clear, high-pitched ding when activated. I bought one for my bicycle, and have liked it so much after a year of steady use, that I bought another one when I recently acquired e-bike. I have rung it many, many times, and its pitch, volume, and tone are as good as on day 1. Highly recommended!

A crisp, clear single ding lets others know you are approaching on the trail. It does not, however, give an extended “ring ring” with one pull off the hammer, so if you’re looking for something that does, this is not for you.If you ride on trails where people have on headphones, are oblivious and behave as though they own the whole trail, this bell, nor any bell, isn’t going to change anything.If you would like something simple to install, even simpler to use, not spend a ton of money and get good quality, then buy it.I love this cute little bell! It takes up very little room on my bike, is easily moveable, and the sound is lovely.

I purchased the Sportout Copper Alloy Bike Bell and the Greallthy Bike Bell Classic Brass Bicycle Bell. Both have sweet resonating tones, but the Greallthy is high pitched and a bit thin (ie not very loud). The Sportout has a much louder tone with a longer lasting resonance.

It is a simple design and louder than any of the similar bells that I have tried. Really, my only complaint is that I wish the striker was positioned horizontally instead of vertically. That would allow different mounting options. That said, I did find a way to mount it in a reasonably easy-to-use position without interfering with other accessories on the handlebar. This bell is a winner.

I have several bells on various bikes, but this one is really nicely made, with a plastic clamp that wraps around your handlebar, but won't scratch it.The bell itself is small, but makes a loud, piercing "piiinnnnngggg" sound when the trigger is released. It's pretty easy to install, you just have to make certain the captive nut for the mounting screw is lined up properly. I dropped my bell, and the nut moved sideways slightly, and didn't want to line up with the screw until I pushed it back into place with a small screwdriver.Also, the striker for the bell is mounted to the clamp itself, 90 degrees from the bell. You pull it back, and when you release it, a spring pops it against the side of the bell. So if the clamp is tightened down too far, then the striker won't touch the bell when it's released, and the bell won't make any sound. It turns out that the diameter of the handlebar on one of my bikes is slightly smaller where the bell mounts and at first, the bell wouldn't ring, although there didn't seem to be anything wrong with the bell itself.I resolved this by cutting a small piece from an old inner tube and placing it around the handlebar, under the bell's clamp. This provided just enough extra diameter so that the bell works properly.I've got two of these bells on two different bikes, and for now, this is my favorite design, so I'll continue to buy this brand for the rest of my bikes.

This is a very nice bell. Measure your handlebar size because this one fits well on the correct size as described. I am well pleased with it. It only takes a quick flick of the lever to make good tones. Very important to mount it on the bar before you try to listen to the tone!! I read so many reviews before selecting this one for my Lectric XP 3.0 and this one is just right. Easy to install with included allen wrench tool! Five stars!

When I opened the box it came in which was quite large I was surprised at how small the actual bell was, therefore, I was reticent as to whether or not this was what would work on my XPedition ebike. Upon removing the bell from it's plastic wrapped pocket envelope and install it on the handlebar I was pleased at how it all went so well with the bike. Then when I rant the bell, the sound was so beautifully melodic and the vibration it created so subtle that I immediately ordered another one. I am totally satisfied that others that I meet on my bike route will be able to take note that I am on the road and that they need to heed my warning without being irritated by the ringing of my bell that they will turn and give me a smile rather than a frown for a greeting. Hence, I heartily recommend others reading this will also take note and purchase one of these dandy bells rather than a horn.

This bell is very loud, perfect for getting thru to those wearing earbuds with their music cranked. This is a simple mechanism that will likely never fail.I have a mountain bike with a standard flat handlebar. When attaching the bell, the inner circumference of the bell mount is too small for the handlebar. I'm mounting it on the thinnest part.Because the material is flexible it is not apparent until you ring the bell and nothing happens. When fully tightening the mount, it pulls the thumb trigger just far enough away so it won't make contact with the bell.I solved this with a small piece of household electrical wire that I bent into a washer shape. It's black so it is not at noticeable. It allows the mount to properly tighten without causing the bell to not work.

Sound is nice and easy to install.

El tamaño del manubrio debe ser bastante angosto, el diámetro de la abrazadera es sumamente pequeño. No le sirve a ningún manubrio convencional de MTB, bici de ruta o grava. He perdido el tiempo, ojalá no el dinero y comenzando el proceso devolución.

If your handlebar diameter is too big because of handlebar tape etc, it will not ding. The expanded plastic band just shorts against the extremely close metal bell. Poor design.

Sehr dezent klein, einfache Montage (Inbusschlüssel liegt bei) und nicht zu überhören. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für ein Doppelpack! Zur Haltbarkeit kann, nach erst gut einer Woche Nutzung, noch keine Angabe gemacht werden.
