After suffering from whiplash this product helped so much with pain. Easy to heat and to freeze when needed. Has outer pouch to insert the pak into while placing on body. Good quality and big size. Recommended.

This is one of the better types of cold compress mainly due to the material it’s made from. It keeps the cold temperature well. Comes with safety cover to prevent freezer burns and feel nicer. Would recommend especially at the price sold.

Bought this to use to apply localised heat to neck/back injury. So easy to use - I just microwave it for 45 secs, take it out and pop it straight in its pouch (be careful, it'll be hot!), and it's hot for a good 20 mins or so. If I want heat for longer, I just repeat the process. It's so quick and easy to use, and provides a really good source of localised heat for pain relief.I haven't used it frozen so can't comment on that aspect, but I'm sure it would perform just as well as it does when heated.Material pouch is washable too.

We have bought two of theses & both had been good at the beginning ,after about a month both have split open & the liquid is pouring out .

I bought 4 of these to use following total knee replacement surgery and they really helped get me through the 1st couple weeks after surgery. They're a good size, come with a pouch to put pack in to save the frozen pack from burning your skin. They also come with a separate elastic strap that allows you to strap the pack into place, stopping it falling of if you move. Having 4 meant there was always a cold pack on had and I wasn't waiting with my painful swollen leg for a pack to freeze.

I am surprised and extremelly satisfied. I bought this one because it was the cheapest one i found but it is the best reusable ice pack i've ever had. The only thing is that the velcro strap could be a little bigger, but it is still a very good item nonetheless. Very easy to use as it can be put on the microwave and holds the temperature well. Helped me a lot with back pain that i have from working on the computer.
