Really awesome. And inexpensive as well.
I have a few of these under different brand labels. So far, every one of them is perfect for the price. Compares just fine when checked with my jeweled Starrett. I hesitated to go digital, and there are still many situations where you want the analog needle spinning. But for adjusting or feeding by 1000ths these take the fudge factor out. And for steps on the lathe or mill, being able to 0 the indicator without spinning the dial makes it far more accurate. I really find hard specific numbers for those kind of situations leaves my brain more room for actually thinking about what I'm doing. 2 of these and 2 magnetic backs, and you have a super versatile and accurate 2 axis lathe or mill DRO for <$100 in 10 minutes. No downside.

Accuracy Unknown But Working Great
Came in a nice case and so far works pretty well. Seems like good quality. Fit my old Noga mag base so it probably fits most brands. I'm not sure I would get this for ultra precision but for good enough precision I'm sure this works fine.

Pretty good for the price.
Pretty good, especially for the price, but some niggles: 1) Display isn't very bright and is hard to read off-angle. 2) Device doesn't remember the zero point when powered off, including automatic shut-down. 3) Non-removable tip, so can't add other tips for different uses. TBF, #2 was included in the product description. Overall, for the price, it seems pretty hard to beat.

Good Little Gauge for Simple Test Work
A remarkably good little unit for the price. I bought it specifically because my analog (mechanical) dial indicator was a poor fit for the cramped space where I had to work on the head of a vintage motorcycle. I 3D printed a small holder for the gauge that could bolt to the studs on a rocker arm cover and place the gauge where it could follow valve lift. Even with causing crankshaft rotation by leaning on the kick starter lever, I got very repeatable measurements adequate to convince me that the pushrods had seated correctly when the head was reinstalled -- which was the whole point of getting this gauge. For the amount of money, plus the fact that this unit came in a hardshell case and had a spare battery with it, I would say it's a winner. I did have to open the back to put the (included) mounting bracket on it, so I got a look at its innards. They're not particularly complex, but they're straight and clean and get the job done.

Consistent & Accurate Results
My primary use for the Neoteck digital DTI gauge is automotive in nature. Most recently, I was measuring TDC on the crankshaft and camshaft. My older dial-type mechanical gauges were giving me inconsistent and unreliable results. The dial & needle gauge was not providing repeatable readings. The digital gauges have large lcd displays with very readable measurements. The plastic case(s) are form fitted for the gauge and provide good protection. The gauge was shipped with an extra button battery and an extra mounting plate. Very good value and would recommend to others.

3D Printer Bed Leveling Tool
I recently received a gift of a 3d printer from my son. The "no cost" way to level the bed, which is required to get good prints, is to use a sheet of paper inserted under the print head extruder nozzle. You adjust the bed one corner at a time by trapping the sheet of paper between the nozzle and the bed until it has a "small amount" of friction when you pull out the paper. You repeat for each corner until they all feel about the same. Because reasonably inexpensive printers can print at about 0.1 MM accuracy this method is OK but not great. I found a 3d printed bracket to mount this Neoteck dial indicator on the print head of my printer. My first test was to use the "sheet of paper" method to level the bed then verify the accuracy using the Neoteck dial indicator. The result showed that the "sheet of paper" method was in some cases off by 0.05 MM which amounts to 50% of the accuracy of the printer itself. The method is to insert the Neoteck into the bracket then push it on the print head with a friction fit. You then can use a g-code file to position the head to each corner and make an exact adjustment. You can also move the head manually to accomplish the same thing. Usually 2 passes to adjust and reverify each corner is required to get the bed almost perfectly level. I have also discovered that the bed leveling can change from one print job to the next even if the jobs were printed back to back without turning off the printer. Bed leveling can also change by small amounts based on the bed heating and probably air circulation in the room. Bed heating is needed to make the very first few layers stick. I have seen what happens when the bed is not level even if just a very small amount. The first layer may not stick on some points or you get some "strings" on the first few layers if the design needs to move the print head in certain ways. The Neoteck device looks and feels durable and comes with a very nice fitted case. It is very simple to use and you barely need the small instruction manual. The accuracy appears to be very good. And all for about $25. So the bottom line is this fairly cheap solution has raised the print quality and the number of occasional "do overs" when you see the first few layer passes don't print correctly. If you are still trying to level without a digital gauge and have random print problems this could help solve your problem if it is related to bed leveling. If you you want to give it a try search your favorite 3d pattern site for "Bed Leveling Bracket" and "Neoteck".

Unit works as expected
I bought this for a fixture to mount the indicator The stem is undersized and won’t be secure I would say include the stem diameter in the description

Product as described. Works well straight out from the box. Did some verification - it is accurate to well within the mm and the measurements are repeatable down to the 0.01mm as per description. Fairly solid construction. Obviously not sealed for use with chemicals. This works for my intended usage, calibration of saw blades.
