5a is most versatile size goes with any genre i feel. This pair looks good has a good amt of weight balance and rebound! Happy with the purchase.

Bought it for my son. The coating on the surface is very grippy and never slips. My son played his first live gig with these and it definitely helped. But once it takes some beating, the black sticks don't look great from around the tip area of the stick where it wears off. But the coating is still intact on the top end where you hold it and still grips very well. Function over form.

Sticks are not I good conditionSeller gives me rough, scratch product and color less patches on sticks too.My humble request to Amazon please take action on it.

These sticks are great, and do exactly what they’re supposed to do. They get tacky when you sweat, so they’re easier to hold on to. The more you sweat, the more they stick; genius.I’ve been playing a long time, and perform and practice regularly with my band. I’ve tried numerous different brands of sticks and stick tape that are supposed to improve grip. They wear, rip, peel; never satisfying and always irritating because of these issues. I’ve worn gloves too, but they get hot. In my opinion, these are the best. They work really well and I will keep buying them as needed.
