Love it. I dip it in yogurt and it tastes pretty good. Money wise it’s expensive for an amount

ADDICTED!!!
I have an insatiable appetite for crunchy savory snacks and can never stop at one or two or even three (or five) handfuls. So i am always on the lookout for a healthier chip/twist/puff/stix and this is my new favorite brand hands down!!I LOVE that they are high protein low fat with a decent amount of fiber - what more could anyone want? Oh yeah flavor? Well this brand has that in spades too!I have tried all the flavors available at my Wholefoods and am tempted to try the new flavors that are currently only available by the carton on Amazon. They are so good I would buy a carton of a new flavor without hesitation, knowing that even if if isn’t my fav it’s gonna still be good!So far the cheesy ones (the puffs and the stix) are my fav although the Korean and mesquite bbq stix are second and third on my list. The spicy pepper stix have what I would call a medium spice level and might be too spicy for people who go for say, mild salsa. But if you are a medium salsa person these will be good but I do wish they would bring out a cheesy spicy version as that would be a vast improvement! The Dijon stix are good but hard to eat half the bag in one sitting as they are quite sweet/mustardy but you might not be supposed to eat half the bag as that’s maybe enough for 2.5 people but ya know, I’m a girl with a healthy appetite and they have all that protein so why not?The puffs seem a bit richer and harder to eat a lot of them without regret stained fingers but the level on the bag of stix that you just opened to have with your evening drink seems to go from full to half full (let’s not say half empty as that sounds a bit extreme) before you are draining your glass.I don’t know why the puffs seem somuch richer as comparing the nacho cheese stix to the cheesy puffs - they have the same amount of fiber, total fat and the puffs actually have less saturated fat. Maybe the cheesy coating on a light less textured crunch puff vs the firmer denser stix? I actually didn’t enjoy the caramelized onion puffs much. Too sweet for me. They need some umami - cheese and chive would be better! They are the only ones I wouldn’t buy again. One serving 42 grams of Nacho Cheese Stix have 180 calories, 13% of your sodium but 18% fiber which is amazing, 1gram saturated fat but 10 grams of protein and 8% iron. Ok so total fat is 10% (sunflower and safflower) and I would much prefer they only used safflower oil, but the specs are great compared to similar products. These are the best savory crunchy snacks I have found to date! I’m hooked! If this review has been helpful to you would you please click the helpful button?
