If you consume energy drinks you don’t need this. It’s boots energy and gives you yellowish pee. Don’t worry it’s normal. It’s easy to swallow and works immediately.

These are a great quality option for a B-Complex. Easy to swallow (not too big), and have good health benefits (I feel more alert). They are orange and look like Cheeto puffs, and taste like them too. They even leave a residue on your fingers! (Which is why I gave 4/5 stars)

This vitamin B complex pill is very effective. I felt the effects within a week of taking it constantly. The pill size is not too big to swallow, which is great because I have a terrible gag reflex, I felt nauseous the first time I took it, but that didn’t happen after the first day so I think it is definitely worth the health benefits.
