Can i make 6 inch circles for party hats with this?

The closest you can come to a 6 inch circle with this is 5-5/8 inches if you trace the outer edge of the circle maker: I just now measured the diameter of it. I originally bought it for the internal circle sizes and never checked to see if it actually made a 6 inch circle.
