A Simple Product But Great Value And Good Quality
I'm very pleased with this item. It's a very simple product but the price was excellent (under £10 when I bought) and I was pleasantly suprised at the build quality when it arrived. Works great on my cable machine for exercises like tricep pulldowns, cable curls and single arm lat rows/pulldowns. Some people may find the handle texture a bit rough but for me its just right (gives the right amount of grip/friction) and is better than most I've used in commercial gyms. As a former gym owner, I do not hesistate to recomment this product for your home gym.

I needed an attachment for my cable machine to do rotator cuff exercises and others that require a D handle to perform. This Benjamin delivers everything I was searching for. It's very sturdy, heavy and affordable.It has an all metal construction, with a free spinning handle that has a coarse knurled grip. The mounting hole is large and convenient enough to get the carabiner through too.So far I have zero complaints.
