Great sound

Solid Buy for the price
Had to replace my original Dot. Was worried about the microphone sensitivity, since the originals were great.This one does a solid job. It might not hear a whisper but you don't have to yell at it from 10 feet away.Sound is great for its size. Maybe not as well as a full fledge speaker, but I have no complaints with bass or treble on it.

Buy the bundle
Both the speaker and the plug are solid 5 Star devices if you use the Alexa ecosystem. Waiting for Prime days or Black Friday is advisable, as this bundle tends to go on a fire sale and can be bought very cheaply.

Wife and I are 65, not very computer savvy. This was easy to set up and easy to use. We absolutely Love it. We have fun asking questions and Alexa is extremely Smart and Polite. Use it every multiple times a day. When we go out, we ask it to play sleep music for our 2 little dogs.

Great Price
Voice Recognition sometimes takes a couple of times but it does the job and it is at a great price.

Good sounds from a small speaker.
The Echo dot is a basic speaker with a brain. Was easy to set up and connect. Walked me through the whole process. Truly simple.
