These ankle weights are great. Bought them for my continued PT at home. I can remove or add weights as needed - great feature! The Velcro is sturdy and the weights stay in place and comfortable to wear. A bit bulky so not something you’d wear out under pants but great to add to your exercise routine or for wearing around the house. Highly recommend.

Just as described. Easy to remove and add weights. Easy to adjust. 4/5 stars due to dangerous fitness advice. DO NOT walk/run/jump with ankle weights on. You will destroy your body. Awesome for core workouts. Please do research before you buy.

These have strong Velcro and are easy to use. I would buy these again but I don’t see myself having to for a long time. These are great quality and being able to adjust them makes for easy use not only for the fit but adjustable weight! They also come with a convenient storage bag

I bought these for ankle weights for physical therapy. They are made very well, the material is strong and sturdy. The Velcro is well designed they barely move/shift. You can put them on your arms or legs. And they can be increased or reduced in weight easily. My physical therapist and I have been very pleased with this purchase and he's been recommending this set to other patients now, since I bought them. 😂

These are what they are pictured just didn’t realize how bulky they were. I have small feet and hands and they don’t close all the way so they move and rotate during my workout. I don’t like them sadly. I have been using the bags inside as weights to hold in my hands but sadly cannot use on as intended purpose

I liked the construction first of all. Sturdy build with heavy duty materials. The reflective band around the top adds safety when on the road. It's good to be visible. The weights are in one pound pouches that you can push into pockets on the ankle belt. The colors are nice also; blue and black. The strap is long enough to accomodate larger anklees. The velcro fastener is solid and holds together firmly. The ring through which the strap slides is of heavy gage metal and is not going to deform under normal load. These ankle weights do it all for me.
