Leg lift standard requirement to get sculpted abs.
Quality is superior to those weights you get in store at like a Marshalls or TJ max or a Target. Best value for the money, and well I wish their were two Velcro because the heavier the weight the harder it is to move with it but the one does the job.

Some ankle weights just don’t cut it and are pretty much useless. Here you get the weight you need to effect actual change.

Works but wish they lasted longer
The fit is okay. If you start with 1 sandbag, they dont stay fit to the leg makes it hard. Once you put all the bags its easier to navigate. Velcro strength was good too. Mine ripped off though in a couple months (I used almost every other day!)
