Works very well. Worth the money, it gets hot to about 450 and gets the hair very straight. It also comes with a hair clip and a heat glove to protect you from burning your band and a wig cap.

I have thick curly hair and it did get it really nice and straight, & shiny how ever I’m not a fan of the texture of my hair and how loose the clamp is I have to squeeze hard or do numerous passes and the highest heat to get the results I desire.. my hair feel extremely light but also rough like it’s just been blow dried and not actually straightened.. maybe when it gets used more the clamp get broken in

I don't leave many reviews, but I felt that this flat iron earned its recognition. It's nice that it has 3 settings that light up on the display that coordinate with the 3 levels of heat, so it takes the guessing out of what setting is best based on hair type. I have long, fine hair that goes to the middle of my back. Many irons singe the ends of my hair, but this one does not. This iron also seemed to give my hair a bit of body whereas other irons make my hair flat. The case and hair clips that come with it are definitely great bonuses.
