We purchased our machine in May 2023, the setup was very easy! We even connected it to our furnace and had it up and running within 20 minutes. Our machine has been working without issue since setup. It’s a quality product from a company that believes in prompt courteous customer service. I recently had a question and reached out for direction. They responded within hours and quickly addressed my question. Don’t waste your time or money on those over priced machines from those companies that flood your social media feeds with advertising. This company deserves your business based on quality products and excellent customer service (even months after the sale).

El producto no cumple para nada con lo que promete ,dice que tiene conexión a wifi y bluetooth y por ningún lado te puedes conectar y por los botones de la maquina es super complicado de programar gasta los olores muy rápido, no la recomiendo ,desecionante.

My machine was broken when I received it. The seller was amazing, they worked with me to fix it. They ending up replacing the unit. They sent the replacement maching within days. They have the best customer service. Super responsive. I love the machine. I hooked it up to my HVAC, my entire 4k sqft house smells amazing. I am very pleased.

Run & Pause time wasn’t explained in the manual.Also, can we download a pdf of the instruction manual? – The font is too small

Customer service is good fast response, product does work as intended, app if very user friendly. Even though the price for the oils are expensive it does last long, will buy again

I purchased this diffuser and it works perfectly, initially I had accidentally locked the controls and thought the machine was defective, but I reached out to customer service and the response was super fast. The machine works fine, I unlocked the controls and connected my diffuser via Wi-Fi and app and it works like a charm. They even have amazing deals on scents, best prices anywhere. I’m super happy with this purchase and impressed with the customer service. My home smells amazing!!!! Love it!

Our whole house smells incredible! I finally found a machine that works exactly how I wanted, I had an issue setting up, but their tech support is incredible they connected with WhatsApp and resolve my issue completely! Definitely recommend this company the unit is sturdy and strong built not plasticy like the other ones, and the price is exceptional for this construction. And thank you very much my friend for your technical support!

This thing is not a good purchase. Every time our heater comes on the house is filled with smoke. The oils that it sprays into the system buildup on the heater coil. Avoid this product

Works great, easy setup with the APP. I had to get a Wi-Fi extender for my basement …my house smells good but for extra scent you should have you HVAC fan on so the scent travels better they do have a NEW adaptor that you plug into your diffuser and it will only go on when your HVAC fan goes on like this you save on oils.

I've now had this difuser hooked up to my hvac system for 1 month. It works incredibly well! My 6000 sf home always smells great.Customer service is also incredibly quick.Highly reccomend this diffuser.

Is not refundable, if you’re not comfortable with the equipment you don’t have the opportunity for refundThe machine doesn’t work properly sometimes.It was really bad idea taking this.

The product works as described. For me it was simple to connect to wifi. The instruction manual in English is terrible. There is a lot of guess work when connecting this to the furnace as I have done. The app is buggy, for instance when you change the device name it won’t save a new device name even though you get a success message. If you close the app the name defaults to factory default. I have also noticed that on the iOS version of the app if you let the app sleep it requires a restart.All these issues shouldn’t really detract from the fact that the product does actually work well. It’s just not 5 stars when you take into account the app and the instructions in English.

Great product. Just make sure to program with app before you install it because you have to have it next to the wifi router … we made that mistake.
